Crap!!
I was allowed to put no stars!
The company got confused in the day and the driver stood us up...we then tried to call to confirm we needed to find a plan B and the person at the desk never picked up the phone again. Look I m not managing a cab company, but writing the right date on a piece of paper (and ask a colleague if the am/pm concept is not yet assimilated) that sounds like basic stuff. Then again, I m not managing a cab company...but for fuck sake, hanging up when you realise you fucked up and never picking up again...that is bad. The only thing you seem to do right is paying 100 Facebook 5 stars reviews. That is money well invested given the quality of your service.
Pick up was fine - but then collection to go back to the airport didn't happen - just no driver turned up! Went from bad to worse when there was no answer when we tried to call the number. Had to take a taxi without a car seat for my baby: Not reliable and will never use again.
