Excellent and reliable service, resonably priced, very polite and experienced staff. Very happy with the service provided, definatly recommened it to anyone

Useless company.



Avoid at all costs. Left my 7 month old son, my Wife & I stranded at the airport after midnight - so no hope of using public transport.



Booking was confirmed via email. No call or email to say that they had cancelled or had to adjust the booking and no one there to take calls at that time in the morning to explain what the situation was. There are better and more capable companies around.

The car service did not arrive as it had been booked. After waiting, I called and was told that if I was interested in the prearranged booking, I would have to wait one hour for them to dispatch a car. I received a confirmation e-mail, it was not clear what else I was supposed to do to have a driver meet us. I asked if they understood the point of booking a car in advance. Plenty of other great services out there - avoid these guys.

Rubbish company, no show, no call to tell me why they didn't turn up

We tried calling them to find out what happened, continuously from their not showing up to the time we got to the airport (via the train), no answer.

Tried again to call them, this time from a private number, low and behold they answered.



Please arrange a refund.

Never Ever. From the outset I admit I gave London Airport Transfers the incorrect flight number, I gave them the Brisbane - Dubai Flight number not the Dubai - Heathrow Flight number. A fact that they were very quick to inform me of when I rang to enquire as to the whereabouts of my driver. They just said that the driver had attended and left. I would have thought that since they knew that I had given them an incorrect detail that they would have e-mailed me to get the correct details. Instead they offered no solution other than waiting an hour for another car to be despatched and having to shell out another 45 quid for the privilege. Very very disappointing as the main reason that someone engages professional services is so they can avoid hassles not compound them, especially because they very well knew that there would be a problem prior to my arrival. I doubt that they even despatched a driver.
