Drug allergy is a significant problem. In the London Allergy and Immunology Centre we have developed a protocol of a safe test, that allows to confirm or exclude drug allergy. The test is done in several stages and allows to test for delayed and immediate allergic reactions. One of the phases is called oral drug allergy challenge test. The test is done under consultant’s care in the hospital setting.... I was referred to Dr Rudenko by my Dermatologist. I hesitated to seek another opinion as I have had results far from acceptable when I saw other professionals. My condition was very hard to diagnose, I had no improvement to speak of in the last 2 years.



I felt very comfortable, speaking with Dr Michael Rudenko about my history and my disappointments in the past.



He did tests and I got a solution during the first appointment. He created a plan of treatment and within 2 months I got visible results and skin improvement.

Before visiting dr Rudenko today , it was very easy to book and appointment online without even calling anyone, he was very professional, gave me more than the time allocated to diagnose my prblem and requested some tests, a 5 stars service

Where do I start! The clinic asked me to fill a detailed questionnaire about my symptoms before coming to my appointment, which I promptly did and emailed them. On the day of my appointment, I had to wait nearly 1 hour after my appointment time to be seen. I was the last patient of the evening and Dr. Rudenko seemed like he just wanted to leave asap. When I referred him to my questionnaire, I realised he hadn't bothered to even read the email, so why bother making patients waste their time filling the questionnaire, I wondered. I then tried to explain my symptoms and a timeline and he was least interested in knowing. From a couple of pictures I showed him of my rashes, he had concluded I had hives and that was it. He wasn't willing to listen that all my episodes were within 30 minutes of eating a particular thing and hives can last from days to weeks, whereas mine lasts for no more than a couple of hours! He still refused to do a food or chemical allergy test. Since then, I have been emailing his clinic asking if he would consider giving a chemical and food allergy test and they don't even bother replying. When I called them about 4 weeks after I sent my stool sample as to why they hadn't sent me the results or called me about it, they scrambled and sent me some results in medical language and asked me to book an appointment. I asked them what the appointment was for, whether they would conduct further tests and they have again gone silent. This clinic seems post office box outfit, with an address on Harley street to pull in patients. Forgot to mention, they did email me once to ask me to pay the co-pay part my insurance company didn't pay. Apart from that, no other emails from them.

Avoid them!
