i was looking for specific paints for my sister's art project, was really struggling with finding the right ones and a helpful member of Staff called timothy Martin made the whole process much easier, really pleasant and friendly. Deffo coming again!

Saw few things I might want some day, thus I might return �

Placed an online order on Sunday afternoon, received my item on Tuesday with standard delivery. Well packaged. Brilliant service!

I cannot praise this place highly enough. I was looking for advice for my broken airbrush and not only was it given but was also fixed on the spot by Simoné. Overwhelmed by total professionalism, patience and kindness - thank you so much!!

I can live out of a stationary cum art store. Though dont down the shutters on me @london graphic centre :)

Had everything I was looking for and a large array of stock. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Great shop very friendly staff and manager. use to work here for my work experience loved it my fave art supply shop

A one must shop to have with the best accommodation of staff in its supplies of multiple virtual device on the go. Well gonna be spend some time again here.

A fantastic shop which was part of my childhood, since my dad had a shop only two doors away (Norman Hi Fi Services) :)

I went there to purchase some linocuts tools which cost 12 pounds a pop and asked the staff to help me understand the different profiles. Shrugs all round. No interest at all in helping me. What should have been a 50 pound sale was lost. Off to Jacksons. This time and next. Suggest everyone does the same.

I contacted you on the 4th October via "info" email address regarding a faulty Lightpad A940 I purchased from you last year that is still within warranty but no one has replied. I forwarded the original email to your "webhelp" address on the 7th October, and again it is still been ignored.



Do you actually have staff checking/replying customers' queries or you just cherry picking them? If you are proud of your customer service then I'd definitely like to experience that as it's not how I have been treated so far. It really is appalling!

How incredibly incompetent. Called this morning to check if they had genuine gold leaf in stock. Sales person "John" assured me they did. So I drove all the way there... To find out they didn't have it in stock.



Angry and frustrated, I left. As I left, I called the same number again to ask "John" why he had said it was in stock when it wasn't. His answer? "I guess I should've checked."



Um. Yeah. When a customer calls enquiring if you have something in stock, for gods sake CHECK!!! What a waste of energy, time and petrol. Never shopping here again.

Great products, but rude and unprofessional staff. Every single time I’ve been there, the staff has been moody, unhelpful and not welcoming at all. I expect as a customer that the staff at least take time to help me find what I need - not mumble an answer without even looking up from their paperwork or phone, making me go through the whole shop looking for what I need myself. Time for a staff meeting or rehiring.
