Advice for all #tourists when visiting #London.
If you feel you have been #overcharged on your #Oyster card/Contactless card, please do not hesitate to speak to station staff at any Tube Station. Depending on the circumstances, they can help to get a #refund.
If they cannot help, please ask your hotel/accommodation provider.
... We had a young family from Germany get overcharged as they did not touch out at stations because the station staff opened the large gate for their buggy/pushchair. As a result they did not touch out at the stations.
We called #TfL Customer Services, explained the circumstances and they kindly agreed to refund a total of ┬Ż18.60 to the 2 Oyster cards.
Luckily they told us they lost money before checking out, otherwise they would have not have got it back!

i would definitely stay again the room was really clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and made you feel welcome. I don't have one complaint at all and it was definitely value for money ­¤śŖ

Very good customer service and nice comfy beds. The scrambled egg was very tasty and the shower ­¤Ü┐ very refreshing!

This lovely little guest house was exactly what we needed. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately I forgot to take note of the chap that wwas on duty when we checked in so I can't single him out to thank him.



We had 4 single rooms which were small, but if you're only there to sleep for one night it's perfect. En-suite had all I needed too and shower was just right.



They offer continental breakfast which includes baked beans, scrambled eggs and croquette potatoes.



Clean and compact...I woukd definitely use them again and would recommend to others. The nearest tube station is a ┬Ż6 cab ride or 17 min. walk.

Stopped overnite in the family room staff very friendly helped us out with travel from where to get Oyster cards to where to get the bus etc has it was our 1st ever trip to London. Room was clean and beds so comfy had everything from a fan for hot summer days to a mini fridge and safety deposit box. Continental breakfast was wonderful non of my kids 1,4,10&11 went hungry there was something there they all liked. Defo will be coming again and will recommend it to family and friends

I stayed here whilst working in London and I couldn't of asked for a better service the rooms were in pristine condition, the staff were incredibly friendly, I will be staying on my next visit.

Very friendly, family run hotel with excellent room available for 4 adults to share. Very clean and comfortable with nice shower room. Good transport links by bus, rail and overground.
