We had afternoon tea in the Podium restaurant. It was my fifth time there and I wasn't disappointed. As always the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was well presented and plentiful and we were able to take our time and enjoy the experience. We were situated by the windows and the sun was streaming though which made it even nicer. We will be booking again next year.
Treated to afternoon tea yesterday, I have a nut allergy which was delt with incredibley well the choice I had was brilliant I have been to other top establishments and the choice I given was poor. The cakes were just Devine .out waiter Jes (jez) was so attentive on hand for every thing we needed .
To top it off it was a Birthday treat for both of us and he sorted a treat out for us
Really lovely chocoholic afternoon tea. We were offered more sandwiches and coffee but by the end could not have eaten another bite! The waitress offered a box to take with us any leftovers but we just about managed to finish the lot!

It was my birthday yesterday and my daughter took me here for champagne afternoon tea. The food and service was amazing.They put happy birthday confetti on our table and gave me a cup cake birthday cake with a candle. Excellent day. Would recommend this place for a special day.
I was treated to afternoon tea here as part of a birthday surprise by my friend Dee Adcock and her daughter Louise. I have to say it was one of the best ones I have had, everything was so fresh and tasty. The Christmas theme on the top of the cake stand was just beautiful. We were given the chocolate display and remainder of the cakes to take away in a gorgeous cake box. The service was faultless

Had the valentine inspired afternoon tea. We were late due train delays but the staff were very nice and still accommodated us. It was our first time, so they explained what happens. I played it safe with English tea, whilst partner had the choc tea, which was surprisingly lovely! (I shouldn’t have played it safe!) The restaurant was very busy but the staff always checked that we were ok and did we need anything. When the sandwiches come you don’t think there’s much ( you get 2 lots) but believe me, it’s enough!!, just make sure you leave room for the best bit.... the cakes.... they are amazing!!! You get 10, and it seems a shame to eat them, as they are displayed beautifully. The staff were very friendly and spent time chatting to us and making us feel welcome. And did a brilliant job of explaining what the cakes were. Had a lovely afternoon and would def recommend it.

Attended the EFL Awards...great venue for a star studded night. However the real winners were the folks who go above and beyond their duties!
Amazing bar, food, cocktails, mussic, fantastic customer service. Loved it, definitely recommend to everyone and going to come back soon �
Absolutely fantastic, great service, attention to details and our dinner at Trader vics was absolutely amazing. Welcome with a nice bowl of virgin pinnacolada to share, loved it. Thank you for the first class hospitality and keep up the great service. I will for sure be coming back and will recommend it as well.
We stayed 2 nights in London Hilton on Park Lane. The hotel has excellent location. When we arrived to the hotel a designated smoking room was mistakenly given to us regardless of our specific request for a non-smoking room. Within 30 minutes and after couple of phone calls this mistake was corrected. After that we were quite satisfied with our room which was in the 25th floor. Some improvement regarding the customer service in the reception should be concidered as they did not inform us that the skybar would not be open on Sunday - even though I had asked about skybar when checking in on Saturday. This was a bit of a disappontment because we chose the hotel for this very reason and now we didn't get to experience this on my birthday. Breakfast at Podium was excellent.
Great. Nice room, very comfy bed. Shower was a pain (the reason for 1 less star). I prefer a full pressure handheld to a rainfall. It had a handheld but it squirted everywhere and you couldn’t adjust the flow. Apart from that though a great experience.
