London Padz Management offer a 0% commission and 0% management fee for our landlords. We provide a professional service and aim to deliver to the highest standard. Our goal is to achieve the highest rental income or sale for your property regardless of its location.

We offer a 100% guaranteed rent scheme regardless if your property is void. We also carryout free EPC and gas safety checks for our new landlords. London Padz Management has its own in-house plumbers and electricians on a 24 hour call as and when required.

We carryout regular property inspections to your property as and when this is due. Our dedicated property managers’ carryout thorough credit checks on our tenants and request references from employers or previous landlords.

We will consider any property in reasonable condition. We often take on properties needing complete refurbishment, renovating them specifically towards the target market, often at a small competitive cost to the landlord.
