Our Chartered Physiotherapists are trained to assess the underlying causes of joint, muscle and nerve injuries so you can be confident of the treatment and advice that you receive.
You will be given effective treatment that uses a wide range of drug-free techniques to relieve your pain, restore your movement, and prevent any further complication. To do this, the treatment you receive may include education and advice about your condition. We are hands on, manual therapists and electro physical agents, which means our treatment may include:

Mobilisation of joints and soft-tissue
Soft-tissue massage
Manipulation
Exercise programmes for stability, strength and mobility
Gait analysis
Taping for support and to alter pain
Soft tissue massage
Ice, ultrasound & laser
Intra Muscular Stimulation (IMS)

We encourage you to aid your recovery with specific exercises to work on between your physiotherapy sessions.
