On 14 August 2014 City Polo will introduce International Arena Polo into the heart of London. Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall is the ultimate venue.
London Polo - Horse Guards Description
Horse Guards Parade is the formal ceremonial entrance to Buckingham Palace and the site of the annual Trooping of the Colour, which commemorates the Queen's official birthday. Used by Henry VIII to stage jousting competitions there is no better place to hold this inaugural evening International polo event. The atmosphere around the polo arena is intimate. Guests can watch the grooms prepare the ponies; view the action at close quarters from raised terracing and arena seating whilst enjoying excellent food and drink. After the polo guests will enjoy the bars and food outlets. The level of service and overall quality of the evening will be beyond reproach. The event will be choreographed to the highest standard. A formal dress code will be encouraged.
