Just a reminder that tomorrow will be FREE kickboxing classes at Spikesbridge Park, UB1 2AR! 7-8pm will be a class for all aged 16 and under, and 8-9pm will be for all adults!

NEW Kickboxing starting at Spikesbridge Park for both kids and adults! The first session is Tuesday 17th June, which will be absolutely FREE! Come along to learn a new skill, and get fit at the same time.

Under 9 Girls Football Session taking place at Spikesbridge Park for FREE this Sunday! Run by an FA Qualified coach, it is taking place from 1.00-2.30pm, so don't worry, nobody will have to miss the World Cup Final!

Throwback to last week when our staff were trained in providing sport for people with visual impairments! Thanks to Beverley from East London Vision and Masuma from @West London Vision for the insightful training !

The London Tigers Semi-professional Team are hosting open trials on 24th June at 6pm!
It will take place at Spikesbridge Park, West Avenue, UB1 2AR.
It costs just £10 which can be paid in cash on the day, and successful participants will start pre season training right away.
