To all who came to support our equestrian section yesterday a huge thanks. There were so many other events on that your support was greatly appreciated. The ground was in perfect condition and the standard of jumping was extremely good in all the events. To the faithful sponsors without whom the show could not run, thank you. To all the volunteers and Judges grateful thanks, it was a long but worthwhile day. Special thanks to Lee Johnston who as well as agreeing earlier in the week to be ride Judge in the Clydesdales agreed 5 minutes before the start of the Ridden hunter classes to do ride Judge!!!

A big thank you to everyone who entered in home industries. Congratulations to Myroe WI for winning the John Kelly cup and to Coleraine YFC for being top club. Also thank you to the ladies who knitted/crocheted pencil cases for Operation Christmas Box.

Young Farmers Clubs, don't forget the classes in the Home Industries. Classes 105-107 floral decoration, classes 108-109 baking and classes 110-111 photography. Which club will win this year?

User

Only a few days to go so I hope there is lots of baking taking place. Classes 8-16 for breads and classes 17-32 for cakes.

User

When it is slightly cooler outside today, why not spend the day in the kitchen and get the jam pot out. Classes 1-8 for your jams and chutney. Let's get boiling!

User

Hope those knitting needles or crochet hocks are working overtime. Class 82 is a knitted or crocheted pencil case - your own design. These are then to be donated to the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. So lets get crafty and have lots to hand over.
