Would Recommend to everyone 100% ! Having short hair myself finding someone to do my extensions was a mission because I was scared they wouldn't blend in with my natural hair and look tacky but Charlotte did such an amazing job so many people don't even realise i have extensions ! Today was my first experience of having mini lock extensions.. I couldn't be happier! Charlotte was amazing! She explained every step to me on how to care for my lush new hair and made me feel so comfortable whilst having them fitted.. No faults in any of the process what so ever.. This was my first time for hair extensions, not only was I explained in detail about aftercare for my new hair, I asked lots of questions and charlotte was only too happy to answer, she is a lovely lady who makes you feel very comfortable, and really cares about how your hair looks, I was also provided with a brush, shampoo and hair oil for my aftercare, the hair was beautiful an thick, which I was very happy with, I would most definitely recommend charlotte, I really did like the information she told me regarding care, as I feel you wouldn't always get that so was confident in maintaining the extensions, she is always happy to reply to any messages sent to her too, lovely lovely lady

Never had hair extensions before and Charlotte was recommended to me, amongst a few others... After speaking to all recommendations there was something about Charlotte that instantly made me feel at ease and that I would get good value for money... And I was right! I've never had hair extensions before so was super nervous about what they'd end up being like (as I think I'm really fussy). On my consultation Charlotte talked me through what would happen on the day and picked out the colour extensions for my hair. And I could not be more in love with my hair! The colour blends in perfect and you would never be able to tell that actual hair is so short and so thin. Would so recommend Charlotte to anyone. I don't think I could go without having extensions now!

I travel an hour sometimes over to get to Charlotte because she is amazing !! I have such a weird hair colour with a bit of blonde ginger and brown and she has managed to match it all perfectly. Such a lovely woman as well takes pride in every single client but she saw me more as a friend than a client! Really recommend xx

Charlotte has done my hair for about 9 months, I've previously been to salons and other independents and had lots of different types of extensions. Charlotte has from day one made me feel welcome and genuinely cares for her clients and the quality of extension and service she offers. She will always do her best to give you appointment times that suit you and never makes you feel like a pain and always a valued client.



Over the 9 months she's never made me feel insecure (as my hair is in the worst condition and I have a bad habit where I pull it out), and she's always made me feel comfortable to speak up about how I like my extensions fitted and styled.



Thank you Charlotte for being so fab, I just wish I had discovered you years ago!
