Only in for nail clipping but my dog is very nervous and she was totally at ease here. Lots of praise and treats, just what a dog needs

Jane worked miracles with Harry, a 5 month Maltese, who was verging on unkempt! His first grooming session ever, he came home relaxed and looking exceptionally handsome! He was thoroughly groomed whilst maintaining his look/personality which was important to us. I had total faith in Jane as soon as I met her and felt totally confident leaving Harry in her care. She genuinely loves dogs and treats them as individuals. She charges very fairly considering the time and effort involved. I will definitely be returning soon. Couldn't recommend Jane enough. Jane did a great job with Bailey our very lively and busy working cocker spaniel. It's difficult just to get Bailey to sit still for a brushing let alone a full on wash, cut and blow-dry, so she had her hands full. When I returned to collect him he looked very happy and at home with Jane and alot neater and tidier! Also very reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommended. thanks, Jane W

Huge thanks to Jane and a massive thumbs up from us. Buster (a cavachon) is only 15 months old and had only been groomed once, without much success. His hair had grown long and matted but Jane worked a miracle and still managed to keep his personality as well as give him a tangle free, neat and tidy summer coat. She was also great with him and treated him to home made liver treats (which he loved). We highly recommend and Buster will now be a Lotty Locks regular!!
