I love this brand of yoga clothes! I'm an absolute fan.

Wow. Commenting on a customer's size if anything but complementary is not the best sales technique. I buy a silly amount of clothing in your store. You need to talk to your sales staff. In addition to hurtful comments you have made to someone I know, the last time I was in - no one was really interested in helping me. I had arms filled with sales stuff, a bag, yoga mat and could've really used a hand. I guess it was when the 3 girls talking about what they were going to have for lunch instead of helping me saw me drop something and didn't offer to help, that I really felt unvalued as a customer. I buy from Lulu worldwide and think you should talk to your staff about the current state of customer service.

The staff are way too much in here. Practically screaming across the shop floor as you walk in to welcome you. They follow you round endlessly offering their opinion on items. It's not just attentive service, it's more than that, it's annoying, overbearing and intimidating.

I went into the store with the intention of purchasing an item I had already found in another store. Within minutes of entering I was close to walking out as the assistant would not leave me alone. Also loudly singing and dancing along with the music in the shop might be part of the "vibe" the shop wants to create, but it again is just too much. There staff need to just crank it down a notch or two on all fronts.

Was appalled to hear of a friend's experience shopping here. No need for a staff member to give their rude opinion of someone's size! I'd avoid this place!

I was appalled and shocked whilst shopping in Lululemon. I had asked to see the tops that were hung up too high for me to reach. I asked if there was a 12 or 14. The assistant looked me up and down and said 'well you are rather big'. I found this to be rude and insensitive. I spend an absolute fortune on Lulu kit. I wear it in my 20+ classes that I teach a week and always recommend it as a brand. I shall not be recommending Lulu any more. In fact I will be letting people know excactly what fat shaming, elitist attitudes exist at Lululemon Athletica
