Was looking for a luxury holiday and with the budget i had what Lianne found me was just amazing the customer service was so professional i didnt wait longer than an hour at any 1 time for a reply to any queries i had. Me and my partner have been speaking to lianne over the last few days for a family of 8 to go to Florida, lianne came back with an amazing price with a gorgeous villa, very reasonable deposits so to say the least it got booked, lianne has been more than helpful with late nights and being on the phone for over an hour having a lovely chat, couldn't recommend her enough for booking a holiday!

This place was amazing, food great and lots of choices. Daytime you could be at a pool with a party atmosphere or on a secluded part of a beach both with cocktail waitress service.

We loved the fact you could have a quiet day or a party.

The staff were all very laid back and happy and that rubbed off on us !

Golf was brilliant, a lovely forgiving course where our caddy (Randall) improved our scores and all with a few cold beers delivered whilst playing



Anyway whilst there we booked with Lianne to come back!

Lianne is amazing I cant recommend her enough to people. In 2016 Liannne found us our dream honeymoon to the Maldives... It was paradise! Lianne puts her heart and soul into her job and she will not rest until she has found you your Ideal holiday. we are currently working together to book our holiday for our 2nd wedding anniversary.

Lianne has made me write this by twisting my arm! Just joking. I’ve been booking my holidays with Lianne for nearly 15 years it set off by chance on a Teletext advert to Florida and we’ve never looked back. I always get what I want and a good deal and if there’s ever a problem when we’re on holiday a msg always gets results. Give Lianne a ring first and see what she can do first before going else where.

Just wanted to recommend and thank Lianne Peters for her honesty, knowledge, understanding and reasoning. For 8 years of booking holidays and every detail myself through flights and hotels, including an Asia trip with 10 flights and America and 6 different states earlier this year. I, firstly, wanted to give the responsibility and hassle to someone else and with the destinations we wanted we knew a travel agent would be able to access deals better than I could. Lianne saved us £1000 on the holiday price plus free upgraded to Half board in Dubai and select all inclusive in Maldives. With addition of Extra things she has thrown in. She has been honest and reliable and taken time to talk and call my concerns.

I knew I wanted to go too a beaches resort. I was slightly nervous as a single parent about taking my son on my own to Jamaica but Lianne was so lovely and answered all my silly questions (there was lots of them and mostly at 10.00pm) she did her absolute best to find me the best deal and made sure I had a room with 2 double beds suitable for me and my son, made sure we had room service in the room to accommodate me at night when my sons in bed so I can have a drink. She has offered to book the restaurants for us for the first few days so we don't have to worry about it and book our seats on the flights etc when it opens.

I have always used a large travel agents...Thomas cook..jet2holidays etc but I have been so impressed with how easy it has been .I will deffinatly be booking with you again and have already recommended to 2 clients. � Thankyou so much xx
