We stayed here on the 18th may we loved it great Park the sea is across the road we are going to book again for a longer stay ����

The young girls who collect the glasses and clean the sports bar are a credit to your company always on the go very polite well done girls......

Stayed at Lyons on a last minute whilst in the area. Lovely staff, caravan was lovely, comfortable beds, clean, perfect space for me and two teenage daughters to chill out. Excellent value for money, would definitely go back. Quiet site..apart from the rain which was out of anyone's control! Big thank you Lyons especially to the lady who opened up the office again after she was due to go home as we arrived after 5pm.

Me and my children love the Robin Hood holiday park, star rangers are brilliant and the children are never bored, the perfect family holiday security is brilliant too

Love the park and staff are so helpful big thankyou to mark the site manager and his team of lads for sorting my grass great team you have well done � will let them know when my shed arrives hahaha

Also like to mention Clare from the sales office and Libby for welcoming me and my family to the park

Just up-graded our holiday home and would like to thank; Danny, young Jeff Paul and Debbie for all their help.. Paul and young-Jeff were so kind in finding us a perfect plot for our new retreat..thanks to Debbie for waiting after work to help too..and to Danny for being so efficient..Great team-work guys..xx

Just got back from a week in a chalet . Wonderful weather, family friendly camp. Staff were excellent, I'm a disabled lady so brought a scooter (small) plenty of room to charge it, one little threshold plinth and your in. If you need help ask at reception. Will visit next year. Thanks team Lyons!!!

It's the best park going good for the kids

I have had my caravan on Lyons Winkups in Towyn site for 2 years. As you can appreciate buying a holiday home is a considered purchase and we looked long and hard at other sites/areas before deciding on Winkups. I have never regretted it.

We are a large family ranging from 8 months to 80 years (plus dogs). The site offers the "something for everyone" we were looking for to keep all ages entertained - especially the younger ones. There is easy access from Towyn to a huge range of places to visit within a short car trip, not to mention the fabulous countryside just on the doorstep.

During the 2 years we have been at Winkups various issues have come up (as they do everywhere) but they have been dealt with in a prompt, efficient and effective manner. The staff are courteous and always willing to help.

I have been coming to lyons robin hood since i was little, and i absolutely love bringing my kids every year, the caravan was perfect the beach is across the road theres loads for the kids to do 100% highly recommend �

Hi guys I won a competition to go to Lyon lido beach and have just come home from our stay. I just want to say a huge THANKYOU for a fab weekend it was really good!! When we got there the receptionist were lovely providing me with my pack and passes to there sister complex so we could use there facilities. The caravan was gorgeous we loved the site! I went with my husband and 2 children aged 2 and 10 months, the site is very quiet but it’s situated minutes from loads of amenities!! Your on top of the beautiful beach, nova centre, wave cafe, play areas and shops. The beach is just gorgeous we spent all day there on Saturday we were so lucky to have such amazing weather we all loved it! We spent Sunday on Lyons Robin Hood taking advantage of our passes we went swimming, played in the soft play area, had lunch, played in the arcade and watched the characters!! It’s been that good we will be booking to come back! I would a million percent stay at lido again. Once again thank you for a lovely holiday ��

Back for another weekend visit � LFest over bank holiday weekend has been fantastic and kept us thoroughly entertained. The rangers worked so hard and always seemed to be on duty (don't know when they eat and sleep!?). Fantastic shows for kids and adults with first class singing and dancing. Reasonably priced food and the carvery is first class. Another fantastic weekend guys - thank you!!

I loved it ... entertainment was fab !! Kids loved it ... everything on site was brill , gutted the big deck chair was broken ?! Marked as 4 fort the crazy gold was part ov the on Site passes and the chalets aren't the best , due to me not having the essentials that are ment To be provided ... could ov been a lot cleaner , besides that had a gr8 week tho �

Had a good stay for a week, there was plenty to do, and everywhere was clean. The bar was excellent, and the food was a good standard in there. There was lots of things for the kids to do to keep them occupied and the park is in a good place to easily get to Rhyl or Prestatyn as there were bus stops right outside and it's not far to walk either. We had a great stay.

I had a Brill time at your park until Friday 17th of Aug 2018 when one of your security guards Neil jones took it upon his self to scream n shout in my 12yr old sons face who as a disability and accused him of bullying two other boys when me and the other boys was saying it weren't my son he continued to shout at my son and he got very very distressed I had to scream my sons disability to the security guard and he still continued to shout at my son who ad not left my side all holiday I went to the security office y my husband took my son away to calm down the security gaud said sorry but sorry I don't no his situation is not good enough to me no man should ever get in a child's face like I had to walk away because I was livid and was concerned about my son went to the office on sat 18th b4 we left and the assistant head of security was nice and told me how to complain proper can't fault him but the plonker Neil jones should not be allowed in that job around kids when he behaviour is like that disgusting

What can I say???? Anyone thinking of buying a caravan here needs to think again and take time to look around at other caravan parks. They claim to have wi-fi but it's rubbish. Some people can get it if they are sited nearer enough to the mast, otherwise you might as well forget it because it is very hit and miss. There are people who have been allowed to have paved areas on their plot to park their car on. I requested permission to increase the two rows of paving on my plot and have been refused. The reason given being that it is not what the company want on the site Now that might seem ok until you realise that the "company" have recently built new plots at the front of the site which they have given a large block paved area for parking. In previous years they developed a lodge area at the rear of the park & guess what, they gave them block paved parking areas. They sent letters out to owners informing them that if they purchased a new van they could have block paved areas on their plot. Meanwhile, despite having bought three caravans off them, my request has been denied so I'll have to continue wading through puddles and mud when I get out of my car, then tread it into my caravan. Obviously a case of if your face fits. My drains block up every year, without fail. I could go on but there would not be enough room here. Yes, my current caravan is the third I've bought this is not the park I originally came on to. Gone seriously downhill. Sorry Lyons Robin Hood but you need to know how your caravan owners feel.

We stayed at the camp 7th August for one week .Were do i start . I have been waiting over a week now a reply from anyone from Lyons group over a complaint i made being overcharged at the bar during our stay and so far nobody from the group seems to be that bothered about customers being ripped off by some staff . Also as mentioned by other users the security in the camp is a joke . Letting groups of teenagers run riot through the arcade and the camp causing damage to my car with throwing things around . Seems all the security is in the club and more worried about customers taking drinks in for kids than keeping customers safe in and outside the place . Dont get me wrong there are some good points but if they cannot be bothered replying to my emails to the complaints department why should i tell anyone anything positive about the place .

Was extremely dissaoionted in this year's visit rude staff lack of food services and staff. More interested in Facebook then serving

Promised club would be ready for 1st March been very patient as this has been going on since November so had no facilities since then and yes it’s not ready for when promised 1st March rang up promised to be called back and nothing !!! And the response then I will get is email customer service have done and still nothing !!!
