Went with my family. Planed the visit at the website and bought the family tickets in advance with discount. Got there 20 minutes earlier as advised. Got directly in the queue to enter the attraction. We had a great time and lots of fun! The kids loved it!

User

Today I had a lovely day out with my Friends. Top Class Service from Madame Tussauds to London Eye. Beautiful Wax Figures plus enjoyed the ride on Spirit of London. Very well organised. I also enjoyed the Sea Life Aquarium. Booking Slots and buying tickets online was great. Was able to print my tickets at Home also it lets you save your tickets on your mobile as well. Thank You so much for making my day memorable. I'm taking with me some really great memory plus Photos taken from all 3 Attractions. Thank You.

User

I feel it interesting and innovating idea of wax work and it explore a world 🌍 wide with exception work on celebrities . Seems thrilled 😄 and amazing ! More explore and ideas of Shearlock homes 🏠 concepts , rescue evil team concepts quite interesting & set up of small travel exploring in taxi 🚕 where going back to 400 century back to history which is great 👍 overall good package of enjoyment , business and enhanced more practical work of history for children to explore.

User

Had the most amazing time, was dubious but great and the thing that made it for us was the Alien Escape Experience. Just superb we cried with laughter but can honestly say we were terrified, it’s a must and we talked about it for hours after giggling, well worth the extra £5. The 4D movie was also a great finale!

User

Brilliant place and the restaurant is nice to the only thing is that the lift wasn't working so I had to walk around as I couldn't use my wheelchair other than that a brilliant place to visit

User

Once inside it's fab, the figures are amazing, but oh my days the que system is a joke!!! No one tells you the que for door 2 is for folk already with tickets and the que at door 1 is to purchase them!! Waited 20 min in door 2 que to find out for ourselves we are in wrong one, so had to rejoin another que round the corner, 2 hours later we finally get to ticket booth to be given a time slot for 2 hours later!!!! Again no one tells you that your que is for a time slot!! There is also a faster line for people paying by card, no one comes out to tell you that either!! Our cashier told us we could get back in straight away just join q2, even tho we had time slot he assured us we could get in early, but door staff wouldn't let us in untill our time!! So conflicts of staff. We used up around 6 hrs of our day just on here. Sort out your que system and it would be amazing but it really dampened our visit.

User

It’s good and I like the rides. Some statues are not up to the mark and I feel it’s too much Conjusted.. Sachin tendulakr and pele are like you can’t take a good picture. I feel like you must give a proper space to each statue as Madame Tussaud’s is known for the quality statues.

User

Get inside it is huge challenge what I accepted. Paid online priority enter, the person who let me in were extremely rude. Then had to wait 50 mins in the queue, fair enough, this is an excellent exhibition, worth for the wait HOWEVER the cashier asked me to go another entrance because 'I was coming in a wrong one'. That was no way on earth to wait over again so I finally got inside afterwards everything was nice. The statues, the taxi, the 4D Marvel. So thumbs up MT's but please make easier the people come inside and quicker.

User

Crowd control what a nightmare thank good for Leon keeping people in control and very rude foreigners . Not well organised we rushed through because of the crowds. Best part was the 3D cinema. Surely they should stop these London Explorer passes because I had to queue for tickets anyway rather than buying them on line I paid 112 for 3 attractions. Buy your tickets from Madame tussads £55.for 5 attractions well worth it. NEW YORK far better

User

What a shamozzle. We had priority entry with an alotted time. We got sent from one line to another each time they didn't read the tickets properly. I had to point out PRIORITY ENTRY and our TIME SLOT. FINALLY we were admitted. The phrase unable to organise a R.... in a Brothel comes to mind . Once inside there were nowhere near as many wax figures as I have seen in travelling Madam Tussauds (namely Sydney Australia) . I didn't even recognize most of wax figures. Not really worth the entry fee.

User

We arrived with pre purchased tickets and lined up to door 2. We did a quick double check as a queue was massive to be told to go to door 1. Guess what door 1 said go to door 2. Absolutely no system for queuing and clearly staff are not trained. Once in it was packed and not enjoyable. Could not wait to leave really. Once leaving there was only 1 staff member at the shop checkout and about 20 people lined up waiting. Overall very disappointing and this should be a trip highlight. Train and support your staff with the demands of tourism.

User

The exhibition was great but too crowded. 4D movie was also a lot of fun. But getting in and queuing was chaotic and made my son and I very angry. Some of the staff was rude and the directions they gave were inconsistent. A great deal of improvement to be made there!

User

Queues for 2 hours just to get tickets then was told we had to wait another hour for our slot!! Was not happy at all and staff were not helpful!! We spoke to a Manager and explained that we were not told about the extra wait so he let us go in earlier that was the only good thing!!

User

Not organised we had to point out to staff that we had priority enters as they tried to send us in the wearing direction. The digipass images that should have been on digipass that we stood in line to ask to be loaded on to the card as the attendants did not have scanners are missing even though we told them the numbers to be loaded on. By the time we checked the website you are closed. So no possibility of getting them back.

User

Everything's become so commercialized . London dungeon used to be so good back in 2007 and 2010 , now it's become so fussy, congested and boring . They've deleted so much from it . Hated it . London eye has always been boring . Madame tussauds was also boring .

Only salman khan's statue was the best as he's my FAV .

And the marvel 3d movie was also good . Rest it was boring . I recommend not pay for such tours and packages and enjoy shopping, food and travel

User

We bought tickets to Madame Tussauds at the London Eye, but when we got there they refused to let us in. There were huge crowds on the sidewalk and 4-5 clerks handing out pamphlets that forced you to sign up for their website to buy tickets. We showed them that we'd already bought tickets but they insisted we change the time on the tickets to the current time. We did sign up using our phones but there was no option to rebook to the current time that we could see. Finally we gave up. Went back to London Eye and explained what happened and that we would rather go to the Aquarium (which is much cheaper, but we didn't ask to get money back) but they said we had 90 days to rebook and refused either a new pass to Aquarium or any refund. We don't have 90 days so we have to take a loss. The sheer chaos at the Madame Tussauds London was actually very disheartening. We visited the Los Angeles branch and had a great time, but i would never recommend the London Madame Tussauds. There is absolutely no crowd control mechanism in place, their method of forcing you to sign up for their website screams scam and its actually, in my opinion, somewhat dangerous to be in that crowd. Lots of angry, frustrated people, and it's the perfect place to be pickpocketed. If there was ever an alarm there it could cause a stampede. The clerks on duty just pass the buck and are rude and unhelpful. I have rarely seen something so disorganized. I don't understand why they close so early, since it obviously leads to more traffic congestion. I felt like they just wanted my money and didn't care to provide any service. Do not waste your time there. It's an out of control zoo.

User

Visited earlier today and am extremely disappointed with how poorly organised the staff were. I don’t know why I was given a time to be there as I was still told to get into the queue which draped around the building. There were many school groups inline however I don’t understand why they were not ushered to the group entrance. The exhibition was wonderful but please get your act together!

User

The queues are really stressful, even if you had prebooked your tickets online. There are no good places to eat, toilet and wait your turn to enter. Then, after staying for hours on the queue, you have to walk a lot of stairs to get to the places in the Museum. Plus, it's a really expensive ticket, so it's not value the money at all!

Use your time and money at somewhere else in London!

User

Purchased London Explorer Pass package which includes Madame Tussauds. Had to queue to get my online tickets printed, and then join another queue to eneter the building and see all the figures. I’ve spent 1 hour 30 mins queueing and I am still standing in the queue. They are extremely short in staff, and they sell tickets exceeding their venue capacity. Really dissappinted especially when I had such a great previous experience. If you have that much time to waste for queuing, then go for it. For those who travel to London for a short time, I suggest buying tickets somewhere else and during a weekday. Better visit other places.
