The Masjid at Paisley Road West, Madrassa Al Arabia Al Islamia has continuously served the community for over 25 years. Due to increased population the Masjid was not big enough. So we bought a bigger place to facilitate bigger congregation. We appreciate and grateful to brothers and sisters who already supported us.
The Madrassa management committee pleased to announce that Madrassa bought the Bellahouston primary school building at Paisley Road West for £400,000 and now in process to renovate the building. This will accommodate a bigger gathering of men, women and children on Friday prayer and other special events, facilitate more children in Islamic education and have plenty of parking spaces. We still owe £180,000 for this building. We need to raise another £350,000 to renovate this building. So we need almost more than £530,000. This is an opportunity to contribute for Masjid and we are sure, that with the help of our brothers and sisters in Islam, we will raise the required funds in coming days Inshallah. Allah may give big rewards and a lot of blessing to all of you for this help.
