Well all I can say is thank goodness we used MagicBreaks. Disney is an excellent experience, and one you need to immerse yourself in. Which we discovered means knowing when is best to go and what is best to do. We took our six year old daughter to Pirates and Princesses on the advice of the MagicBreaks team which she loved. We were advised to ask about the Princess make over on arrival at the hotel which we did and booked. They booked us on to the Princess Lunch which my daughter loved and also the Inventions dinner with the stars which she also loved. My daughter got more from the Disney experience because we added these things. Along with upgrading to the Disney Hotel which I strongly recommend as it is right on the park, allowing a welcome 'nip back' from the crowds when needed. I am writing this because my wife and I are not planning types, so without their experience and advice and service, we would have missed half of what Disney has to offer. Thanks team.

We went to Disneyland for the first time on August 28th -1st September ‘18 and had the best time ever. I decided I was going to treat my family, husband and 2 girls aged 6 & 10. I had never booked a holiday on my own before and have to say it was SO easy. This is the first time we will have been to Disney and the purpose of the trip is to treat my son who will be 4 years when we travel.. He loves Disney, characters, dancing and everything Christmas so roll that all into one in December I can't wait to see his face..

We have booked for my little girls 5th birthday and nothing has been too much trouble for Magic Breaks. Through you guys we have booked meal deals, had restaurant recommendations, found out about booking a birthday cake. Everyone always asks if you are excited for your holiday and always wishes you a great time. We also added on our photopass as we didn't know it was cheaper in advance. The service has been spot on! We will definitely be booking our next through you!

We booked with magic breaks in March 2017 for a trip in June 17, they offered a great deal of free half board on a 4 night break, also extra Facebook discount was applied. Not only that we received some discounts towards restaurants, a free phone call from Mickey Mouse and a free photo pass.

The website was easy to use and we added on the extras we wanted such as buffalo bill Wild West show and a character breakfast with no problems. The staff were very helpful on recommending accommodation for us and in the end we chose Hotel New York. I would recommend to anyone great 5* service �

We booked with magic breaks and travelled in June this year. We booked online originally at Easter with a special deal you had going on. We thought we had the crossing included with eurotunnel but due to the days of the week we were travelling this wasn’t included and we had to do that separately. The lady on the phone at magic breaks did us a fantastic deal on adding this on and we was really pleased. We had a free half board meal plan included with our booking and the extras you get with magic breaks were brilliant. We used the free mickey call which my daughter though was magical, we printed out the activity book for her to have in the car for the journey and because we booked with magic breaks we could book our meals 60 days in advance which meant we could plan our entire trip! From start to end - magic breaks were great for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again to travel!

Very easy to book and we spoke to a incredibly helpful lady on the phone who advised us on what our premium half board dining covered. We travelled back to England via Eurostar on a strike day but had no problems at all apart from a slightly delayed train out of Disney to Lille. Could not fault the service or booking procedure and will use them again to book our next holiday.

The ease of booking a DLP trip from Magic Breaks was amazing, low deposit and ability to make payments help make the holiday affordable for a family of 4 , all the tickets, itinerary and vouchers arrived on time and the process couldn't have been simpler... the ease and simplicity of booking the trip made our stay at the park amazing, fun and enjoyable.... Have booked through Magic Breaks a couple of times now to visit Disneyland Paris and the service has been amazing from start to finish. We always get a brilliant deal on hotels and park entrance and nothing is too much trouble. Great service - all staff members I spoke to were always helpful , efficient and polite. Holiday was well organised and Disney options were fantastic. The food within the half board option was excellent with a great range of choice for everyone.

Would definitely use this company again.

Ecxellent booking, ok service can be faster issuing tickets, docs when booking last minute especially when making booking over weekend. Good competitive pricing.... could give a letter with advice on whats where how it works i.e. transfers to from park, restaurant bookings, fast pass, or allowing to book before going to theme park otherwise can be rather busy. Overall very good experience, research and plan before going to the park as its huge and get a pair of comfy shoes �

Booked with Magic Breaks for our stay last December and would definitely use them again. I was initially attracted by the price as they were the most competitive, less even than booking direct. I changed my booking around 100 times � and staff were mostly absolutely lovely and so helpful on the phone. I spoke to someone on live chat on one occasion and was told I couldn’t book a character breakfast in advance with my premium meal plan and I was gutted as wanted to get it booked for the day of my daughters birthday. Anyway, after 5 minutes of live chat ending I had a phone call from someone else at Magic Breaks to say they were sorry that I had actually been given the wrong information and that I was allowed to book one breakfast in advance! They then booked it straight in for me �. I was so impressed by this service. Our stay at Disneyland Paris went totally to plan, no problems at all with booking. Thank you �

Had first trip as a mummy with my son & Nan 13-16th March we had a fab time! Booking on the website was smooth and easy and it was great to get a reminder to pay remainder of balance. Would love to go back again soon just having to save up the pennies again my son loved meeting his favourite characters the memories are priceless😍 have booked with magic breaks twice and would definitely book again.

I am so upset with the lack of help I have received from magic breaks, our Eurostar seats were allocated and between both companies they think it acceptable to seat a family on 3 separate seats where they are no where near each other. So my 4 year old has to sit on his own surrounded by strangers. Advice from them is to wait till departure and speak to train manager who maybe able to sit us together. This is however not acceptable as is the t&cs it states that a child must travel with an adult. What makes you think my son would be ok to sit on his own and most likely scream the whole journey. I asked for a refund on his seat and I’ll have him on my lap, but you would not do that. We have spent a lot of money with you, with more extras we want to book, however the experience I have had has stressed us out. I have emailed to complain and not heard anything back. I would like this sorted before we leave the UK. By talking to other families this is not the first time you have done this. You need to ensure a better booking system and keeping families together. Please can someone contact me about this ASAP!

First of all, the booking process was easy, and the fact that i could book certain things earlier than if i booked direct with disney was great. But unfortunatly thats where the pros end. We just came back after a great time in disneyland paris. We unfortunatly had to travel to and from on strike days. Magic breaks in their wisdom put on a coach to take us from paris gard du nord rather than the complimentary RER service being provided by eurostar. This meant a 45 min journy by train now took us 2 hours! meaning we missed dinner reservations and stuggled to find anywhere else to eat that would accept our half board meal vouchers as they were all fully booked. Then the journy home, again a stike day, again magic breaks put on a coach. this meant we had to leave the park earlier than planned, another 2 hour coach journey followed this time by a 2 hour queue at gard du nord. Just to get on the eurostar. During this time in the queue the so called magic breaks reps had obviosly gotten bored of the same questions being asked by everyone that the simply dissapeared. none of them had any idea what was going on, and when we eventually got through the gate to passport control etc, i saw 1 magic breaks rep who didnt know what was happening with peoples seats. Since we have been back we have emailed magic breaks to tell them how dissapointed we are with how they dealt with the situation and they simply just try to pass it off as someone elses fault and not their problem.



If you are lucky to have no issues on your break im sure they are a fine company, if however you have issues. Dont bank on magic breaks for anything. They already have your money, thats all they seem bothered about!

Booking with magic breaks was straight forward and easy for our recent trip. We had a 2 night stay with 3 day passes for our group at a price that couldn't be missed out on. Unfortunately our accommodation at the Davey Crockett ranch was filthy dirty, the floors were so dirty we had to keep shoes or socks on at all times. Dust was thick in the bathrooms and the smell of damp mustiness was dreadful. It was as if beds had been changed and fresh towels placed (4 for a group of 6) and no cleaning had been done. There were ants in the kitchen and a mosquito festival was ongoing throughout the cabin. We were unable to open windows and there was only air con in the main living area...bedrooms were extremely hot and stuffy. I didn't expect top of the range accommodation but did expect standards to be better than they were. A clean place to stay was expected and it did spoil our trip. Magic breaks you rate and reccomend this accomodation im therefore giving a poor rating. I dont think any tour operator should recommend this pit to stay in.
