Mamas Instinct was established in 2014 to support you along your journey for a balanced Pregnancy, Birth and on your parenting journey. Using The Wise Hippo Bump, birth and baby blueprint and tools and method for the preparation of birth and beyond.

Being a Wise Hippo Mama myself I fully understand how effective the blueprint is and this is why I trained to be an Instructor.
I also use Mindful Rebozo, Aromatherapy for childbirth, Closing the bones and conducts Mother Blessings to support my clients.

I am also a trained Breastfeeding Peer support end baby wearing peer supporter as well as having a Degree in Childhood Studies and a Masters in Education. With over 25 years experience of working with children and their families you really could not be in safer hands.
