Two wonderful dancers just messing around. :)

I am on my way back from the Queer Salsa Festival in Stockholm. Lots of dancing was done and lots of ideas were shared. One of the students sent me this video of some wonderful dancing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yv_0m0qrH 7k

We shall start with a FREE little class at 7pm - the actual dance is still being voted upon elsewhere - afterwards we shall move onto some social dancing with a surprise show at 9pm! More details cannot be released. I would have to eat my laptop in the interests of security if I told you.
Mews Studios is a dance studio with lovely floors etc so only water to be brought into the studio. We shall probably lurk on down to Bloc Bar after the gig for some liquid refreshment and so...me fun and games.

Mambo Fantástico will hold their second gender-role-free salsa social of 2016 on Friday the 20th of May. This is a social for the LGBTQI+ community and their allies. Everyone with an open mind and a desire to dance is very welcome.
Bachata class - arrive at 8.15pm for a (prompt) 8.30 class Social dancing from 9.00pm - 11pm
... Salsa, bachata, merengue and chachachá.
Music by DJP pulling together the Latin sounds of New York and beyond.
Entry £10 on the door.
This time we move out of the dance studio and into the beautiful 20th Century Theatre on Portobello Road. This theatre space is sadly in its last month of operation so come and enjoy it while you can.
Drinks will not be available to purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own with picnic glasses.

No class today (Thursday 5th May) since our dance space is being used as a polling station. Normal service resumes on Thursday the 12th. :)

Hi everyone,
We are unable to run classes on the 21st of April and the 5th of May due to circumstances beyond our control. The first is due to a double booking on behalf of the venue and the second is due to the fact that the Fitzrovia Centre will be used as a polling station for the London Mayoral Elections.
We are really really sorry, but classes will occur on all other Thursdays in April and May.

I am organising our annual prance down Oxford Street again this year. Care to join us? :)
