Announcement: Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is temporarily closed, following the unfortunate fire in early June. Within easy reach of all the sights, we enjoy prime position in the heart of the capital. In June 2018, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London completed its multi-million pound renovation of the entire hotel. With views over Knightsbridge, Hyde Park or our peaceful courtyard, our rooms and suites exude comfort and style. Home to two outstanding restaurants, a stunning bar and a beautiful lounge, we are one of London’s premier gourmet destinations. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London has undergone a stunning transformation allowing guests to enjoy the ultimate in wellness with new facilities & fresh, elegant interiors.

We went to Dinner by Heston, and had a great experience! Great service, great atmosphere, great wines, great coffee and great food. The legendary Meat Fruit was as delicious as expected, and I hope to come back, the next time I visit London.
We booked for afternoon tea for a friends special birthday. The staff are wonderful and the service is exquisite. The afternoon tea was simply delicious. Petite sandwiches in various fillings. Scones with cream and 3 different types of jam/curd. Plum and cinnamon slice and mini batten burgs not to mention the individual fancy cakes. Compliments to the chef. You could also have more of whatever you wished. What more can you ask for. So many various teas and coffee too all served up on beautiful china. It was a wonderful afternoon. Thank you.
Stunning beautiful environment, gorgeous tasty Afternoon tea in the Rosebury lounge even cater for Halal. Staff were amazing, with constant smiles on their faces, most attentive bestest service ever. Can’t thank them enough for making my girls feel like special princesses and having such an amazing memorable experience. �
Stayed for a night before flying back to the States after a few weeks hopping around Europe - and I have to say, it was a fantastic idea to spend our last day & night getting pampered at the Mandarin! Did not have to lift a finger, we were treated excellently — allowed an early check-in which made such a difference considering we didn’t have the luxury of time. They made sure we were beyond comfortable! If you want a true, five-star experience, you won’t regret staying here. Our room was posh and incredible, thank you Mandarin! You will certainly see us again.
Quite simply the best afternoon tea I have ever had! I wanted a special treat for my dear friends 50th birthday and this even exceeded our expectations. Staff, service, food and surroundings were all exceptional and the attention to detail was outstanding. A truly memorable occasion, thank you so much!

Amazing, amazing ,amazing... 5 star died but do it justice, from the moment we arrived the staff were unbelievable so helpful and kind anything g you needed was not a problem, even if they didn't have what you wanted the would get it for you without making you feel it was a problem but a pleasure... extremely comfortable rooms and beds and perfect location overlooking Hyde park.. the food and breakfast was amazing and the best of all was the flat white, best flat white we have ever had... I'm leaving feeling relaxed and pampered.. I'll be back 😊
Amazing staff, even though they are in the middle of a massive renovation the staff couldn’t do enough for us.. old school five star luxury.. will definitely be back

Absolutely spectacular the food was amazing it was to die for and the staff were fabulous so very polite and really looked after us. The restaurant is a 5* by far. We were celebrating both our birthdays. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. X

I was dubious about portion sizes especially with the gluten-free and some dairy-free items however they didn't disappoint one bit.
Afternoon tea was amazing. Usually, when you get gluten-free pastries and cakes they are dry but these were the best that I have ever had. I will be taking my mother next year for her birthday without fail.
Thank you also for the celebration plate for my wife on her birthday, it was perfect.
