We always love hearing about our cookery school members and their cooking exploits, and this one gave us particular pleasure as Rachel is one of our keenest young members.
Rachel’s Mother Lynette Harte got in touch last night:
“Had to share ... A late night but Rachel feeling very proud having taken part in the rotary young chefs competition tonight. Parmesan encrusted garlic chicken, mini roast potatoes with herbs and fresh vegetables drizzled with lemon. Finished with homem...ade meringues with kiwi and strawberries. Time pressure too - well delivered boo. Great for her to gain feedback from professional chefs too.”
Well done Rachel we think this looks fantastic!
If you would like to know about any of our children’s cookery days, please get in touch. We can also arrange a birthday party or a bespoke day for a group of friends too.
