brilliant holiday park! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. The caravan was very clean,with new equipments. great swimming pool facilities. great value of money.

Well for the money spot on chippy cooks fresh you might have to wait a few mins but sound bar holiday camp prices but kids drinks fruit shoots nice and cheep for kids staff polite as long as your polite won £40 on the bingo will I go again I've braught a caravan so yes I will try it buy it can't go wrong

We stayed here bank holiday weekend with our 2 young daughters and the caravan we had was lovely very clean and the site was fab they had a lovely time would defo recommend we will be defo returning for another holiday staff were friendly and helpful and food was yummy the girls loved the pool and play area ���

Very well situated close t town centre and local supermarket here for four nights Monday to Friday (14 Aug)caravan very basic but clean on arrival checked in at 4pm but could use all facilities earlier

loved the pool area and seating provided, cafe and food spotless what a great choice and so reasonably priced staff very friendly and helpful

Although not a big site was perfect for our visit as boys and 9 & 7 could go and play safely and knew where to find us love everything being in one complex and fun arcade was just the right. size with enough machines for their use.

on the whole a perfect holiday and would recommend to others no problem��

The Bbq on Saturday was fab .Parents looked a lot more settled in the play area where it was held as it was a lot safer for the kids .Only down side was that nobody seemed to know it was on untill they went into the Cafe .Would like to thank all the marine park staff xx

Just came back from a great Easter weekend away . The staff are friendly and made you feel welcome . My 6 year old had a great time the caravan we stayed in was amazing only problem was the wardrobe ,in the double bedroom ( couldn’t get to it probably. Door should off been on the other side like it was in the 2 single bedroom. ) apart from that it was amazing thanks marine Holiday Park

It's got to be the best holiday park on the North Wales coast every one made us welcome and there was so much to do we look forward to the next visit 5*****

Had a fab weekend in the lodge was truly amazing had a few hiccups when we got there but staff sorted it straight away and the entertainment and pool was fab!! Will definitely be coming back in the lodge �soon xxx

A great caravan park I move on last year and we have had a great time very time we have gone

we stayed for a week sat till sat, me my partner and 3 children ,we didnt rent the van from the site as we had it from a friend of ours so was very clean n nothing to fault,night time entertainment wasnt much good to us as prams wasnt aloud in the club so your holding babys on laps all night so we ended leaving very early due to not been able to settle our small children,there was only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole site ,we tried from open time till around 3pm and couldnt get our things washed and dried for 3 days why there ended up doin it all by hand in our van,on the plus side,shop on site was shop prices so was all good,arcade is ideal for young children ,not really much for the older ones,pool shallow and deep enough for all ages and very clean too ,would stay again but hopefully next time wed be able to take buggy in club else waste of £50 again thankyou the ingram family x

well 1st of all i booked 2 caravans for my little family ended up completely other ends of the park!

2nd we had no water or toilet for 15 hours with 3 children staying in the caravan!

3rd entertaintment got changed twice last week!

4th our caravan was falling apart blinds broken hand rail broke and the curtains in the bedroom didnt even close!

5th no shop on site the cafe sold hardly anything so had to keep going off site for essentinals

ive been to the caravan site 5 times and its been alright but this week has put me off coming back!

What is so disappointing about Marina caravan park is that they do not inform you of anything it is a 10 and a half month site but from the end of October to when you when you shut down at beginning of January you have only put the Christmas party. now they've shut down for refurb and not bothered inform me as a caravan owner you would have thought they would do I don't know whether anybody else has been informed. with social media it be so easy to inform everybody so come on Marina tell us what you're up to with this refurb and what we will be getting . With your Facebook page you could tell us what you got going on in the clubhouse what's going on during the day but we don't hear anything. It did take me to phone calls to get told it's a refurb so could you confirm we are getting a refurb

Halloween week was a load of rubbish, entertainmant was crap one night the "magician" didn't even turn up!! The staff is rude 1 lad who had a terrible attitude an thought he owned the place the way he spoke to us an I can describe him as the little arrogant blonde one with a bun in his hair! An the buggy ban is ridiculous had to carry my sleeping little boy all around the mariners club despite being 30 weeks pregnant! Meaning i had to leave early every night so the money i paid for the pass was wasted! Security is a waste of time at first before we bought the gate pass we was ringing the security number over an over again an. No answer so we had to wait for someone to drive up an let us in!! The chippy as gone vile an the price u pay for the little food is shocking so we went off site to the chinese up the road not to mention the rude chippy staff member shaun i think his name was! Shocking!! The pool area was disgusting especially the ladies toilets i walked in a walked right back out coz the smell of urine was gonna give me a fever!! The list goes on an on! I have been comin with my children for years with my family but we will not be returning! This time we booked through a private owner which im glad coz the shocking prices we usually pay for the platinum caravans is not worth it atall could go abroad which we didnt mind paying because it was a lovely camp but now its not worth the money!! Sort it out marine youve defo stopped putting the effort in!! �

Vile. Caravan was filthy when arrived. Daughter was finding pieces of chocolate all over the floor and bottle lids. Just full of rubbish. Found a smelly dirty sock down the sofa that was not ours. Had to figure out how to turn our water on ourselves as it was completely shut off. Had too wash all the cups, plates, bowls and cutlery before using it as they were filthy with food and tea. Didn't even have enough room too fit a travel cot even though we mentioned we will be bringing one. The whole caravan was absolutely freezing at night time with no heating what so ever apart from a farty little fire in the living room area. There was mould in the windows of the bedroom and on the nets of the bedroom. Just a vile week for a first family holiday with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Too top it all off the caravan was cleaner as we were leaving as we cleaned it top to bottom. And when I stripped the bed I found a tag that been there for god knows how long inside the bedding so I don't even think they changed tje bedding before we arrived. Defiantly won't be going again. And wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

This place is awful. I stayed with my nan & 4 children recently & we have a endless list of complaints about our one week stay.

Do not waste your money coming here.

- If you're unlucky enough to of already paid to stay here I recommend when you experience the hassle we did, you contact a lady called Chelsey through their fb page, she's the only person who will care enough to help you!



So first of all...

*The caravan had a awful ant problem, but the site didn't provide any ant traps for the maintenance man to use, yet they knew this issue was happening in a lot of the caravans.

It got so bad I was finding ants in my babies steriliser & in his travel cot.

This went on for 4 nights until I contacted Chelsey & we finally got moved.

*The caravan had a broken door handle on the twin room, it couldn't be opened at all from the inside. Seriously dangerous. The maintenance guy took the handle off but it couldn't be replaced as he had none available.

*The caravan is meant to sleep 6. Yet it's not equipped at all, you get a tiny pan & a tiny frying pan. Then 3 forks & 2 knives plus very limited bowls & plates (not enough to feed 2 adults plus kids)

*Me & my 2 year old ended up having to sleep on the sofa as there wasn't enough space to have my 4 month olds travel cot up when the sofa bed was out. (The age of the kids is listed when booking)

*There was no covers for the duvet & one of the duvets had blood marks on it.

*On-site there's no shops. The cafe sells a couple of items but it's only a few things on a shelf, plus there's a few swimming items available.

*The cafe shuts at 5pm so after that you're forced to use the on-site chippy, where the food is awful & very overpriced.

Plus the attitude on the lady working there is as disgusting as the food... Unless shouting "bloody sod this" whilst slamming your hand down in front of 4 young kids is acceptable these days?! -Just because we was looking at the menu for a few minutes & offered another lad to get served first, but he too was just deciding on what to order!

*The pool is listed as the main attraction, but don't get too excited, it's just a pool... Literally a barely warm pool which is in a room so hot you feel ill when you sit for more than 5 minutes at the poolside (my nan couldn't even sit helping me get my young children changed as it was so warm) -Theres nothing at all exciting about it, no slides or kids pool ect.

The pool changing rooms were dirty & the first time I took my children into the cubicle to get changed I had a pool lifeguard come to tell me not to use the changing table as there was a used tampon on it... Absolutely disgusting. (Obviously not his fault but still awful)

Also be prepared for the faulty showers & the pool shutting a different times throughout your stay, for 'maintenance work' which then leaves you with nothing to do & very disappointed kids. (Loads questioned why they couldn't work on the pool after it shut, at 5pm!?)

*Other than the pool they only have a play area for daytime entertainment. The big kids area is fine but the toddler area has broken sharp plastic parts on it, which means it's unsafe for toddlers & so then their left to try playing on the larger area which isn't suitable at all.

& you can't let smaller kids in the sports area as it's constantly full of older kids playing football & they'd not want small kids in the way!

*The evening entertainment for children is great- When it happens- The kids loved the party on Fri/Sat/Sun, come monday there's nothing (just the sports bar showing football with nobody in there!) Had the awful woman in the reception inform me on the Tuesday there's no kids entertained on through the week. So that was that. Until we got told by a resident on Wednesday that they actually did decide to have kids entertainment the night before but nobody knew about it!!

So Wednesday the kids had their hour or so of entertainment, all was good & the entertainer promised more fun the following night, great... Until we arrive at 7pm with very excited kids to find out they got all dressed up for nothing! The entertainer had gone elsewhere as Marine Holiday Park decided to show football instead. So they ruined my kids last night there too!!

*Don't brother thinking the arcade could entertain the kids instead, it's got a few 2p drop machines & then about 10 other rides, you may be lucky & find one that works!!



- Honestly this rant could go on & on.

I feel I've completed wasted our money coming to this site & have been left with very upset children after this awful 'holiday' �

The only reason I stayed the whole week was because my husband was at home fitting our new bathroom... It was not possible to have the children at home during that week.

I would again thank Chelsey & the maintenance man for the help they both gave during our awful weeks stay at Marine Holiday Park.

The staff couldn't care less about anything we had to say, they just spoke to us like we were the problem even though I didn't once go into that reception area speaking to them with any attitude.

I'm not sure how Marine Holiday Park are still running.

Didn't even have enough room too fit a travel cot even though we mentioned we will be bringing one. The whole caravan was absolutely freezing at night time with no heating what so ever apart from a farty little fire in the living room area. There was mould in the windows of the bedroom and on the nets of the bedroom. Just a vile week for a first family holiday with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Too top it all off the caravan was cleaner as we were leaving as we cleaned it top to bottom. And when I stripped the bed I found a tag that been there for god knows how long inside the bedding so I don't even think they changed tje bedding before we arrived. Defiantly won't be going again. And wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

This place is awful. I stayed with my nan & 4 children recently & we have a endless list of complaints about our one week stay.

Do not waste your money coming here.

- If you're unlucky enough to of already paid to stay here I recommend when you experience the hassle we did, you contact a lady called Chelsey through their fb page, she's the only person who will care enough to help you!



So first of all...

*The caravan had a awful ant problem, but the site didn't provide any ant traps for the maintenance man to use, yet they knew this issue was happening in a lot of the caravans.

It got so bad I was finding ants in my babies steriliser & in his travel cot.

This went on for 4 nights until I contacted Chelsey & we finally got moved.

*The caravan had a broken door handle on the twin room, it couldn't be opened at all from the inside. Seriously dangerous. The maintenance guy took the handle off but it couldn't be replaced as he had none available.

*The caravan is meant to sleep 6. Yet it's not equipped at all, you get a tiny pan & a tiny frying pan. Then 3 forks & 2 knives plus very limited bowls & plates (not enough to feed 2 adults plus kids)

*Me & my 2 year old ended up having to sleep on the sofa as there wasn't enough space to have my 4 month olds travel cot up when the sofa bed was out. (The age of the kids is listed when booking)

*There was no covers for the duvet & one of the duvets had blood marks on it.

*On-site there's no shops. The cafe sells a couple of items but it's only a few things on a shelf, plus there's a few swimming items available.

*The cafe shuts at 5pm so after that you're forced to use the on-site chippy, where the food is awful & very overpriced.

Plus the attitude on the lady working there is as disgusting as the food... Unless shouting "bloody sod this" whilst slamming your hand down in front of 4 young kids is acceptable these days?! -Just because we was looking at the menu for a few minutes & offered another lad to get served first, but he too was just deciding on what to order!

*The pool is listed as the main attraction, but don't get too excited, it's just a pool... Literally a barely warm pool which is in a room so hot you feel ill when you sit for more than 5 minutes at the poolside (my nan couldn't even sit helping me get my young children changed as it was so warm) -Theres nothing at all exciting about it, no slides or kids pool ect.

The pool changing rooms were dirty & the first time I took my children into the cubicle to get changed I had a pool lifeguard come to tell me not to use the changing table as there was a used tampon on it... Absolutely disgusting. (Obviously not his fault but still awful)

Also be prepared for the faulty showers & the pool shutting a different times throughout your stay, for 'maintenance work' which then leaves you with nothing to do & very disappointed kids. (Loads questioned why they couldn't work on the pool after it shut, at 5pm!?)

*Other than the pool they only have a play area for daytime entertainment. The big kids area is fine but the toddler area has broken sharp plastic parts on it, which means it's unsafe for toddlers & so then their left to try playing on the larger area which isn't suitable at all.

& you can't let smaller kids in the sports area as it's constantly full of older kids playing football & they'd not want small kids in the way!

*The evening entertainment for children is great- When it happens- The kids loved the party on Fri/Sat/Sun, come monday there's nothing (just the sports bar showing football with nobody in there!) Had the awful woman in the reception inform me on the Tuesday there's no kids entertained on through the week. So that was that. Until we got told by a resident on Wednesday that they actually did decide to have kids entertainment the night before but nobody knew about it!!

So Wednesday the kids had their hour or so of entertainment, all was good & the entertainer promised more fun the following night, great... Until we arrive at 7pm with very excited kids to find out they got all dressed up for nothing! The entertainer had gone elsewhere as Marine Holiday Park decided to show football instead. So they ruined my kids last night there too!!

*Don't brother thinking the arcade could entertain the kids instead, it's got a few 2p drop machines & then about 10 other rides, you may be lucky & find one that works!!



- Honestly this rant could go on & on.

I feel I've completed wasted our money coming to this site & have been left with very upset children after this awful 'holiday' �

The only reason I stayed the whole week was because my husband was at home fitting our new bathroom... It was not possible to have the children at home during that week.

I would again thank Chelsey & the maintenance man for the help they both gave during our awful weeks stay at Marine Holiday Park.

The staff couldn't care less about anything we had to say, they just spoke to us like we were the problem even though I didn't once go into that reception area speaking to them with any attitude.

I'm not sure how Marine Holiday Park are still running.
