Marlins Maritime English trainer, Felicity, has delivered two days of training for a team of Crew Managers at V.Ships Gdynia. The training was on Marlins Test of Spoken English and the Crew Managers learned how to assess the speaking and listening skills of seafarers to a consistent standard using Marlins’ grading system. Eight Crew Managers successfully completed the TOSE training – congratulations, everyone!
