The people behind the business are Marlon and Lana - Colombian and Polish who feel their best in London.
Expert in sous vide, and a passionate chef for over 15 years - Marlon draws from his experience in South American, Mediterranean and British cuisines, to whip up his own - Colombian fusion.
What started as a supper club hosted at home, organically developed into a range of alternative foodie services. There´s artisan market and street food, private fine dining and gourmet catering, sous vide cookery classes and culinary consulting.
It´s all about the experience, so whatever the job, the team works to make every detail bespoke, and you - happy.

Mashed potato gratin, was the best ever, and the glazed veal knuckle was so soft and tender. Though full, I couldn't stop eating!

Marlon's kitchen were recent hosts for my friends hen party. I chose Marlon's initially because the hen was a huge fan, but after tasting the exquisite food and meeting Marlon's kitchen at Colombia day I knew we had to have them for the party.
Marlon's kitchen not only provide excellent food cooked to perfection, but also have a team that are so welcoming and are generally passionate about what they do.
Before the party I was asked on special dietary requirements, if there were any other special requests, whether the menu was suitable etc. Marlon's kitchen also source their meat from specially chosen farms and they let me know when they had purchased the meat for our event. It is great to know exactly what you are eating and where it came from!
All the party commented on how amazing the food was and "that they couldn't think of a more perfect place to have this party". There was opportunity to talk about the food, where it's from, how it's made....
I would highly recommend Marlon's kitchen, the food is delicious, the staff are more than happy to cater for individual needs and they go the extra mile to ensure you are a 100% satisfied with your experience.

Marlon catered a dinner party we were hosting at home for my husband's 50th. I was quite amazed by the amount of prep that had gone into the food before Marlon even arrived, and then his painstaking attention to detail as he finished the meals off, plated and served. The food was delicious and looked good too. Compliments all round from our guests. My kids acted as the waiters and told me Marlon was fab with them too. Thank you.
I had the most incredible dinner at this lovely place, lana and marlon work as a great team !!! Thank you for everything !!!!

It has been seven months since my sister's 15th Birthday (Quinceañera), and I just wanted to tell you that the catering of the meal was splendid!
The food was delicious, and it was a delight to work with you. Not only did you deliver everything that was agreed, but you also exceeded our expectations with your professionalism and attention to detail.
From the moment we spoke to Lana over the phone, we knew that we did not have to look elsewhere. Your knowledge and constant input was invaluable to the event as a whole and took the weight off our shoulders. When it came to pricing, you were able to adapt to our budget and made the value of the service you provided more than worth the expense it cost us.
On the night of the event, you executed every detail perfectly, and your friendly and expert approach made the whole experience delightful.
The best part of all was that all the guests and most importantly the birthday girl loved the food!

An outstanding quality of gourmet cuisine. Beautifully crafted menu that can be tailored to your dietary preferences. Met some fantastic people at the supper club too. So much fun, I can't recommend it highly enough.
