Last week I visited the shop and I asked for dark grey hair, I left and my hair wasn't quite what I was expecting therefore I messaged to let them know I wasn't happy and they were very understanding and invited me back in to try and make it the way I first wanted it and I left today and i couldn't be more happy with the outcome! Very friendly staff and I wouldn't go anywhere else �
