Marthalynnmillinery Description
Martha Lynns trademark bold clean lines and strong structured hats caught the attention of the judges at the Irish Fashion Innovation Awards in 2013. They secured her the top spot and winner of the “Milliner of the year Award”. Since then Lynns hats have become recognisable regulars at race meetings and weddings across Ireland and the UK.
Martha, who originally studied Fine Art, specialising in Sculpture, went on to study Millinery under Aileen Keogan at the Grafton Academy, Dublin. She then spent time interning with Philip Tracey and Stephen Jones in London in 2010. With her experience in both London and Dublin she set up her own label and has never looked back.
Her latest collection has an innovative feel as she introduces contemporary materials, such as vinyl and perspex with bright, bold colours. She strives to include touches of both elegance and playfulness as she combines traditional millinery skills with modern styles, materials and structures.
Martha is delighted to introduce her latest collection, each piece has been designed and hand made by Martha from her studio in Dublin, Ireland.
