So far experience has been nice. Ordered click and collect for four times and order always reached on time, my experience until now is satisfactory

Worked there for a while good luck to anyone that goes to the store the whole place was a shambles and the women's wear manager talks to the staff disgustingly so good luck to customers hate that place now but lovely staff

Store was fine but Matalan online ordering is the worst - waste of time and money. Order delayed, items missing, unhelpful customer services, promised refund never arrived, just vouchers. Never again.

So I made an order 3 weeks ago and 11 days ago I come home to a Hermes delivery slip saying my order had been put behind my recycle bins - I live on a main bus route , a busy road and my garden is totally open to the road ... so obviously it’s been taken .. contact Matalan and Hermes ... today .. I finally get a reply .. 11 days after I contacted them!!! Saying they are looking into it ... erm do that and give me my money back ASAP ... you’re issues with your courier services shouldn’t be at the financial expense of your customers ...

Rubbish. Took an online order happiest little 6 year old girl in the world. Getting her magic Christmas jumper tells all her friends biggest smiles ever. Next day email from matalan we have cancelled your order as we have over sold this item and we'll just refund you. Result 6 year old girl devastated and crying all night. Christmas ruined for one little girl. Well done matalan top work. Get an online platform and stock controller that actually work properly then perhaps you won't ruin so many Christmases

It would be useful to put somewhere on your page/website that the new store on Oxford Street does not stock any men's clothing at all. Waste of time visiting!
