Charlie and Alex have done well at a local level gaining medals and wins. Today we went to London to play a higher level tournament, so they could see and play against the best. Their performances made Matchpoint proud, the trophies have replaced medals. A lot of hard work from them. We came to play and ended up in the finals. So proud of you guys.

Downs Way School win the Tandridge inter-schools tennis competition for years 1 and 2.
Our congratulations to Downs Way who on July 2nd won the Tandridge inter-schools Tennis Competition for years 1 and 2.
On a gorgeous, hot July evening, competitors from local schools decended upon Matchpoint Tennis Academy to compete and a great time was had by all. Many games were played, and many lollies consumed, as Downs Way came out on top, beating Limpsfield school in an excellent fin...al.
Every year, Matchpoint Tennis organise the Tandridge Schools Competition It is a singles-based competition, divided into age groups, and is an excellent introduction to competitive tennis. The Competition offers players the chance to represent their school as part of a team, meet and play other, local players and enjoy the social side that tennis brings!
The last remaining event is for years 5 and 6 is on Tuesday 3rd July.
