Great Stag do in Edinburgh thanks to Maximise- everything went like clock work- couldn't have asked for more!

What a joke never got what we paid for at all no que jump no night club no VIP treatment frozen food at hotel among other things we are taking matters further and reporting them don't waste your money girls be better planning your own weekend

To future hen /stag parties ,do not use this company ,just been on a hen party to blackpool the companies havent even heard from maximise ,nothing organised for the hen !!!! It should of been a fun weekend was a living nightmare !!!

They don't even deserve 1 star but couldn't write a review without it. Would never use them myself.

It's a good job we took it upon ourselves to carry on the night the way we wanted.

Do not book with them. Overpriced and under organised.

These people are only interested in taking your money. They never get back to you. Book everything yourself much less hassle and a dam sight cheaper!! They seriously DONT TAKE THE HASSLE OUT OUT A HEN WEEKEND, MAXIMISE CAUSE IT. No stars they are rubbish.

Take the stress out of your hen weekend!!! WHAT A JOKE. These blundering idiots do nothing but cause stress. we were charged extra money after a muck up on pricings,our Friday night itinery was cancelled, got a 2star hotel after being informed in black and white it would be 3*, our twin rooms turned out to be 4 or 3 bedded rooms and we are still awaiting a reply concerning this before we left last week. To top it all off we had afternoon tea at the hilton fully pre paid except they hadn't paid the full amount luckily the management team from hilton were fab and after checking our booking info are sorting it out with maximise themselves. I have no idea how they are still registered with ABTA but they are my next point of contact as the customer care they fail to provide is the worst i have ever come accross in my life. No idea how this company still in operation but can say with confidence if they continue in this way they wont be for much longer. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOYS.
