Thinking of taking part in a white collar boxing event?
I'm writing a Strength & Conditioning programme aimed at anyone taking part in a charity/white collar boxing match.
It will be an 8 week programme designed to build fitness, speed and power without compromising your technical training.

There's loads of great reasons to lift weights (aside from aesthetics and general enjoyment). Lifting weights increases your bone density, gives your body a reason to hold onto muscle mass and assists healthy hormone production.
All of these will enable you to move with greater ease and live better as you age.
I'm also a firm believer that lifting heavy weights with good form over time will make you more robust and resistant to injury, as many of my clients will testify.
... Don't let age be a barrier- most of my clients are 40+ and comfortably lift more than the vast majority of people I know half their age, through consistent work and diligent attention to lifting well.
You'll never regret investing in your health- find a knowledgeable trainer you can get on well with and get to work on creating a stronger frame- future you will thank you for it!

It’s not always about going 100% every day. 🤯 Any idiot can push you until you puke every session, it takes knowledge and experience to know how and when to push your athlete to get the best out of them in line with their goals. If you’re being driven into the ground every minute of every session you’ll regress quickly. 😅😰 If your trainer doesn’t understand this, tell them to ‘fuck off’
