Meditate In The West End Of Glasgow Description

The Centre is situated in the West End of Glasgow in a charming brownstone with a beautiful view of Kelvingrove Park. We offer lunchtime & evening classes, courses, and special events. Open to everyone, events are suitable for both newcomers and experienced students.

Our popular evening classes explain Buddhist meditation, ideas and practice, and consist of a simple guided meditation, a practical teaching on how to solve problems in daily life, interactive discussion, and a concluding meditation.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from the classes.
