Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square welcomes London's most exciting new Asian dining venue, introducing a menu of authentic dishes from China and Japan with a modern approach. Vibrant and fast-paced, the restaurant will include bar, lounge and table seating, as well as a Private Dining Room for up to 13.

Join Muneki Matsumoto of Keigetsu and our award-winning Director of Wine Jan Konetzki for an intimate sake dinner at the Mei Ume private dining room on Thursday February 21st at 7pm.
Guests are taken on a culinary journey, where 7 Keigetsu sakes are carefully paired with Mei UmeÔÇÖs Chinese and Japanese dishes.
The evening will start with Keigetsu John Sparkling Sake, the winner of IWC sparkling sake Trophy 2016, followed by sakes made for friendship, exclusively chosen to complement the Mei Ume menu. Keigetsu by Tosa brewing Company is a 6th generation sake brewery with 141 years of history from JapanÔÇÖs Kochi prefecture, showcasing handmade, small batch sake using high-quality organically grown rice and soft water in from the region.

I had a birthday dinner here based on a recommendation and it definitely lived up to expectations. The food and service were really good and the decor of the restaurant and hotel itself were very impressive as well. The salt egg squid and the pork belly were highlights.

Exceptional service, wonderfull location and building! From the smell while entering the building to the smell entering the toilet, it is just amazing! The truffle dim sum was my favourite and the soft shell crab and then the desserts and the sake was also great but the most important and outstanding thing in this restaurant was the staff, the receptionist, the female lady who served us the sake to the italian waiter, wow, the service was excellent!
