Melina Joy Opticians Description
We are an independent eyecare practice in the market town of Heathfield, East Sussex. Our premises are located in the centre of the High Street and offers three consulting rooms, one of which is on the ground floor for easy disabled access. Our optometrists are registered to provide NHS eye examinations where eligible.
We pride ourselves on using all the latest technology, including Optomap HD. The practice provides comprehensive eye examinations as well as specialising in contact lenses and colorimetry. Our Dispensing Opticians can advise you on the optimum choice of frame and lenses from our extensive range.

Superb service!
Ours sons have their eyes looked after by Melina Joy Opticians in Heathfield. Last Thursday morning, our youngest son's glasses were broken at school. They fitted us in for an eye check that same day, and he chose some new glasses. They put a 'rush' on them and, unbelievably, they were ready to collect on Saturday morning! One very happy boy. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
Oh my goodness the joy of being able to read without glasses, first contact lens fitting today and they are amazing, huge thanks to David for doing such a great job. Just wish I'd done it years ago! Thankyou
Melina is brilliant, Very thorough, explains everything clearly and always makes me feel like my eyes have been well examined using a full range of modern highly specialised equipment. I highly recommend her.
