Second C63 ( this time an S ! �) collected today from Gary Swales at Mercedes Benz Basingstoke. I can't recommend Gary and his team highly enough; exceptionally pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating of my particular requests. Looking forward to get the first 1k run in done, then who knows ....... I'll probably see you in 24 months for #3 �

Picked up my new B Class this week. Probably not the biggest sale they will have this month, but was treated by Kevin, the salesmen, as though I had just bought the company. Fantastic service.

Outstanding service from Leon and the team. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and great coffee to boot. Always kept informed during the day and my car was presented to me cleaner than I've seen it for some time. I have to drive past my local dealer to get to Basingstoke but it's well worth the extra miles.

My appointment was for 0930 receptionist very welcoming and polite after a nice coffee

They collected my keys and got on with the repair work would recommend these people to you all nice and friendly

Absolutely first class service received when test driving through to collecting my new car today... brilliant thank you Richard Andrews & especially to Ian Holyoak for superb service.

Arrived nice and early to a lovely welcome from the receptition desk, offered tea/coffee.

Waited about 20 mins, that is expected due to early morning meetings etc.

The place very clean and staff pleasant. Great location with easy access of motorway.

All cars on show very well looked after.

We brought a Smart Car, it had a slight dirty mark on rear and sticky tape on the rear number plate.

Matthew, the sales advisor, arranged to get the tape and the dirty mark removed before we left.

All in all great service from start to finish not too much paper work either.

Will buy from Mercedes-Benz of Basingstoke again. (Did suggest they open up in West Cornwall).

Very poor! Appointment booked by phone to see Ryan at 11.00 am Saturday which was confirmed by e-mail by him. Waited till 11.30am then spoke to the receptionist and explained we had been waiting half an hour. She came back to us after making enquiries and told us he was out on a test drive!!!!!

not happy today. spoke to a young salesmen called Richard very nice and polite. but Ian the manager or in charge was ignoring us. we were promised so much as my wife's car which we bought brand new from them has a stop start fault which they can't fix. yes smart four four 1 edition has this issue. we would have possibly upgraded but Richard could not do us a good deal.

so we were told Ian would talk to us but we were ignored. is this because we are not spending £40,000.00 or is it because the sales rep would only get a small amount of commission for selling us a smart car. I think BMW CAN HAVE MY MONEY.
