I offer mobile personal training and group exercise instruction in the North Dorset area. I can come to you at your home, place of work, local park etc or you can come to me. I can bring all the equipment you will need for the workout you desire but am also able to offer instruction and programs based around equipment you already have.

Personal Training - £30 per 1hr session
£100 per block of 4 1hr sessions

Partner /Couple Training - £40 per 1hr session
£150 per block of 4 1hr sessions

Small Group Training - Pricing will depend on exact requirements – please contact to discuss. Most things can be accommodated.
