Popped in today for a piercing...they made me feel so comfortable and didn't mind me asking a million questions! Left with a shiny new helix piercing and an abundance of knowledge! Will definitely be back...and next time I'll get the guys name so I can praise him personally!

If I could rate higher than 5* I would. After I had a pretty bad experience with 2 tattoo/piercing studios in the same area Metal Morphosis is in (Hackney rd studio) regarding my nose piercing I was ready to throw the towel in and take my piercing out. The problem with the other shops was when going back for help/advice regarding the healing,jewellery, and size/gauge info.. I was really disheartened and fed up with the attitudes I had received. However after reading good reviews of Metal Morphosis online I decided to be brave and message them on facebook. I spoke to a lovely lady on their chat called Cheri, she was extremely helpful,friendly and just an all round pleasure to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and as the other shops had really put me off of going back anywhere - with their "I have tattoos and piercings so I'm a rockstar - and you're asking stupid questions so we won't help or advise you" .... she completely changed my opinion before I'd even gone into any of their studios. She did her best to advise me through just my explanation and photos I'd sent her and then contacted the Hackney Rd Store staff (Johnny) to fill him in on what had been going on with me.

Once I got to the shop Johnny couldn't have been nicer - he was so welcoming and friendly I am shocked because I've only ever experienced this in one other tattoo shop before - He did his best to get me everything I needed, was very gentle with changing my jewellery and gave his best advice for any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for friendlier staff ! I'm so sad I've lived so close all his time and haven't gone in there before. I will 100% be going back soon as I now have had my faith restored!!

I've just done the septum piercing. It was my first time ever and I was quite scared, but the manager has been amazing and was really patient with me. I didn't feel anything. I definitely recommend this place and I will come next time! (The place was in Hackney though, which is even cheaper than the the one in top shop)

I had two daith piercings done in the Oxford studio. I didn’t wait long and my piercer made me really comfortable chatting and telling me what she was doing all the time. She changed the needle before starting as it didn’t look sharp enough. The piercings are healing great and after a couple of days I can already sleep on them.

Great service, quick and professional and great choice of jewelry.

I had three tattoos done by Sarah at Topshop last week. I really can't praise Sarah's work highly enough. I've been tattooed by quite a few different people and without doubt Sarah's artistry is the best by a mile. Also these were the least painful inkings I've had done.



Sarah really listened to what I wanted during the consultation and her work exceeded my very exacting expectations. One of the pieces was a cover-up of an old piece of art that I'd really come to dislike and Sarah was brilliant at working out how best to cover it incorporating the general idea that I had in mind. She drew the cover-up free-hand and the results are exquisite.



I really enjoyed my session with Sarah and she will be my tattoo artist of choice in the future (starting with another session next week!).

I had a nose piercing done 20 years ago when they were based in Soho. I recently had my tragus pierced at Topshop and have had no problems with it at all. On both occasions the staff were friendly and professional. The parlour was also sterile and clean needles were used. I enquired about having a tattoo done and it was explained to me how busy the artist was. It was suggested that I bring my design in and have a chat with the artist and then book an appointment to avoid disappointment. I've shopped around to have this tattoo and most parlours have told me the wait is up to 4hrs so an hour is pretty good. Highly recommend � �

Had my conch and 3rd ear piercings done at the Hackney studio a few months ago, and went into the Topshop one today to ask for help changing my nipple piercing. Both times, I was assisted by the friendliest and most helpful piercers you could ever wish for! They made me feel totally at ease, and the girl at Topshop today took so much care advising me on a new nipple bar to put in, and changing it carefully so that it didn't hurt a bit. I will definitely be back for more! :)

Had a great experience today at your Hackney Road studio. Corrina (I hope I'm spelling that right) gave me a cute little daith piercing and also helped me change my nose piercing which I'd been having problems with. Corrina made feel so relaxed, not embarrassed at all, and neither procedure hurt even a little bit. She was so chatty and lovely throughout. I cannot recommend you guys enough, will deffo be back for my next piercing!

Great customer service! Initially had my 3rd lobes pierced at Topshop, waited about 10 mins and a friendly person pierced my ears quickly and in a comfortable environment. Sadly my ears swelled up and needed to be fitted with longer bars (I had this issue before with another piercing ) and I contacted metal morphosis who responded super quickly and happy to help. Very disappointing experience at MMTopshop Oxford Circus. One of the staff (a long haired possibly Indian lady) claimed that I was ‘lying’ about what she said when the whole situation was clearly a communication breakdown.

As it’s my first time in London, I wasn’t sure about the legal ages for piercings.



As I was still 17, the consent form stated that I needed a legal Guardian who was 18 to sign for me before I could get my piercing done. The lady knew that I was 17 (she’d seen my age and questioned me about it) but I told her that my friend would be my Guardian (I pointed towards my friend who was getting her tattoo done inside the room) and she swiftly replied “oh yes then that’s fine” and walked away. - those were her exact words.



Any original CCTV footages, recordings of any sort can testify this. I don’t see any point in “LYING”, manipulating or tampering with the truth since I successfully got my naval piercing at another store at Saint Martins Court later on (showed them my PASSPORT for evidence and everything went incredibly smoothly. Props up to Extreme Needle Store for their amazing and generous hospitality)



Minutes later, she’d walked up to me while I was sitting on the sofa and claimed that I’d been “LYING” about her words and was trying to make her look ‘bad’ in front of her colleagues when I was simply reiterating what she said before. I had no intention to warp any facet of the truth presented and was simply a harmless, innocent 17 year old teenager minding her own affairs and looking to get her belly button pierced. Why would I lie about such things about people I know little or nothing about?



Her words and behaviour were completely and indubitably unacceptable, unprofessional and uncalled for. She also seemed very aggressive and was trying to shove the blame towards me.

However, I kept my cool and remained mum despite the disrespect I’d gotten from the incident and eventually got my piercing done at Extreme Needle and Tattoo parlour myself.

Misunderstandings like these can be resolved amicably and maturely but this member of staff had chosen to jump into terrible conclusions and accused me of “LYING” about her and making her appear ‘BAD’ when I was simply stunned and shocked by how poorly she’d handled the situation.



Even if it was truly a miscommunication, I would readily apologise on my part while she could’ve talked things out nicely with me without resorting to making up accusations and being rude and disrespectful.



However, all Glory to God and thanks to Extreme Needle and Tattoo piercing parlour at Leicester Square for making my day a little better after this disappointing and astonishing ordeal.

Tryed to have my nose pierced at the topshop store in Manchester at the arndale centre, the piercer couldn't get the jewellery in to my nose the needle went through fine but after lots of attempts by the piercer which really hurt!! I told him to just leave it because his hands were heavily shaking and I was frightened that he didn't actually know what he was doing he seemed very nervous. I was left with a lot of blood and a swollen bruised nose! Put me off having my nose pierced full stop!!!

I'm quite disappointed by my experience today. I asked for a helix, beneath the one I already have. The distance between the old and the new one is perfect at the front (about 3 or 4 mm)... And disastrous at the back! The holes are so close, the back of the new stud is covering the top one!! Who does that, say nothing, and make you pay bloody £40?! (also the guy looked like that job was beneath him... Only time he smiled was when he handed me my receipt...)

I wouldn't recommend getting pierced at Metal Morphosis in TOPSHOP. I had the top of my ear pierced over a year ago by Jazz. During the piercing she stopped to root through a big box of jewellery for a co-worker and dropped my jewellery on the floor, I can't believe now I let her carry on but at the time I didn't know better. I've since been pierced by professionals who change their gloves regularly & have everything sealed in packets. Hopefully its changed now but be very careful!

I had a terrible experience here. I got my navel pierced 6 months ago. It has not healed which may or may not be the fault of the studio.

The actually experience while I was there was awful. The staff were unfriendly. The piercer herself (a lady with long dark purple hair) hardly said a word, seemed irritated when I asked questions. I got progressively more uncomfortable as the experience unfolded. She got irritated when I wanted to choose the colour of the piercing. Someone started banging on the door while she was piercing me and continued to do so until the end.

I practically ran out of there. And now the piercing has moved and hasn’t healed. I’m absolutely furious with the way I was treated.

Never get work done here!

Tryed to have my nose pierced at the topshop store in Manchester at the arndale centre, the piercer couldn't get the jewellery in to my nose the needle went through fine but after lots of attempts by the piercer which really hurt!! I told him to just leave it because his hands were heavily shaking and I was frightened that he didn't actually know what he was doing he seemed very nervous. I was left with a lot of blood and a swollen bruised nose! Put me off having my nose pierced full stop!!!

I'm quite disappointed by my experience today. I asked for a helix, beneath the one I already have. The distance between the old and the new one is perfect at the front (about 3 or 4 mm)... And disastrous at the back! The holes are so close, the back of the new stud is covering the top one!! Who does that, say nothing, and make you pay bloody £40?! (also the guy looked like that job was beneath him... Only time he smiled was when he handed me my receipt...)

I wouldn't recommend getting pierced at Metal Morphosis in TOPSHOP. I had the top of my ear pierced over a year ago by Jazz. During the piercing she stopped to root through a big box of jewellery for a co-worker and dropped my jewellery on the floor, I can't believe now I let her carry on but at the time I didn't know better. I've since been pierced by professionals who change their gloves regularly & have everything sealed in packets. Hopefully its changed now but be very careful!

I had a terrible experience here. I got my navel pierced 6 months ago. It has not healed which may or may not be the fault of the studio.

The actually experience while I was there was awful. The staff were unfriendly. The piercer herself (a lady with long dark purple hair) hardly said a word, seemed irritated when I asked questions. I got progressively more uncomfortable as the experience unfolded. She got irritated when I wanted to choose the colour of the piercing. Someone started banging on the door while she was piercing me and continued to do so until the end.

I practically ran out of there. And now the piercing has moved and hasn’t healed. I’m absolutely furious with the way I was treated.

Never get work done here!

Popped in today for a piercing...they made me feel so comfortable and didn't mind me asking a million questions! Left with a shiny new helix piercing and an abundance of knowledge! Will definitely be back...and next time I'll get the guys name so I can praise him personally!

If I could rate higher than 5* I would. After I had a pretty bad experience with 2 tattoo/piercing studios in the same area Metal Morphosis is in (Hackney rd studio) regarding my nose piercing I was ready to throw the towel in and take my piercing out. The problem with the other shops was when going back for help/advice regarding the healing,jewellery, and size/gauge info.. I was really disheartened and fed up with the attitudes I had received. However after reading good reviews of Metal Morphosis online I decided to be brave and message them on facebook. I spoke to a lovely lady on their chat called Cheri, she was extremely helpful,friendly and just an all round pleasure to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and as the other shops had really put me off of going back anywhere - with their "I have tattoos and piercings so I'm a rockstar - and you're asking stupid questions so we won't help or advise you" .... she completely changed my opinion before I'd even gone into any of their studios. She did her best to advise me through just my explanation and photos I'd sent her and then contacted the Hackney Rd Store staff (Johnny) to fill him in on what had been going on with me.

Once I got to the shop Johnny couldn't have been nicer - he was so welcoming and friendly I am shocked because I've only ever experienced this in one other tattoo shop before - He did his best to get me everything I needed, was very gentle with changing my jewellery and gave his best advice for any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for friendlier staff ! I'm so sad I've lived so close all his time and haven't gone in there before. I will 100% be going back soon as I now have had my faith restored!!

I've just done the septum piercing. It was my first time ever and I was quite scared, but the manager has been amazing and was really patient with me. I didn't feel anything. I definitely recommend this place and I will come next time! (The place was in Hackney though, which is even cheaper than the the one in top shop)

I had two daith piercings done in the Oxford studio. I didn’t wait long and my piercer made me really comfortable chatting and telling me what she was doing all the time. She changed the needle before starting as it didn’t look sharp enough. The piercings are healing great and after a couple of days I can already sleep on them.

Great service, quick and professional and great choice of jewelry.

I had three tattoos done by Sarah at Topshop last week. I really can't praise Sarah's work highly enough. I've been tattooed by quite a few different people and without doubt Sarah's artistry is the best by a mile. Also these were the least painful inkings I've had done.



Sarah really listened to what I wanted during the consultation and her work exceeded my very exacting expectations. One of the pieces was a cover-up of an old piece of art that I'd really come to dislike and Sarah was brilliant at working out how best to cover it incorporating the general idea that I had in mind. She drew the cover-up free-hand and the results are exquisite.



I really enjoyed my session with Sarah and she will be my tattoo artist of choice in the future (starting with another session next week!).

I had a nose piercing done 20 years ago when they were based in Soho. I recently had my tragus pierced at Topshop and have had no problems with it at all. On both occasions the staff were friendly and professional. The parlour was also sterile and clean needles were used. I enquired about having a tattoo done and it was explained to me how busy the artist was. It was suggested that I bring my design in and have a chat with the artist and then book an appointment to avoid disappointment. I've shopped around to have this tattoo and most parlours have told me the wait is up to 4hrs so an hour is pretty good. Highly recommend � �

I had a daith piercing here today and from the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease (I have a massive needle phobia) the lady was talking me through everything the whole time and before I knew it, it was all done and finished. Very very happy with my piercing and would highly recommend this place to other people. Very clean and professional service. Will be coming back when I need to change my bar ha ha. Had my first tattoo done today by a lovely European man ( sorry unsure on your name) in top shop! The experience was excellent. He put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be booking in to add to the new collection in the future!

Had my conch and 3rd ear piercings done at the Hackney studio a few months ago, and went into the Topshop one today to ask for help changing my nipple piercing. Both times, I was assisted by the friendliest and most helpful piercers you could ever wish for! They made me feel totally at ease, and the girl at Topshop today took so much care advising me on a new nipple bar to put in, and changing it carefully so that it didn't hurt a bit. I will definitely be back for more! :)

Had a great experience today at your Hackney Road studio. Corrina (I hope I'm spelling that right) gave me a cute little daith piercing and also helped me change my nose piercing which I'd been having problems with. Corrina made feel so relaxed, not embarrassed at all, and neither procedure hurt even a little bit. She was so chatty and lovely throughout. I cannot recommend you guys enough, will deffo be back for my next piercing!

Great customer service! Initially had my 3rd lobes pierced at Topshop, waited about 10 mins and a friendly person pierced my ears quickly and in a comfortable environment. Sadly my ears swelled up and needed to be fitted with longer bars (I had this issue before with another piercing ) and I contacted metal morphosis who responded super quickly and happy to help. Thank you guys for sorting me out so quickly (and for free!) would 100% recommend. Natalie

Very disappointing experience at MMTopshop Oxford Circus. One of the staff (a long haired possibly Indian lady) claimed that I was ‘lying’ about what she said when the whole situation was clearly a communication breakdown.

As it’s my first time in London, I wasn’t sure about the legal ages for piercings.



As I was still 17, the consent form stated that I needed a legal Guardian who was 18 to sign for me before I could get my piercing done. The lady knew that I was 17 (she’d seen my age and questioned me about it) but I told her that my friend would be my Guardian (I pointed towards my friend who was getting her tattoo done inside the room) and she swiftly replied “oh yes then that’s fine” and walked away. - those were her exact words.



Any original CCTV footages, recordings of any sort can testify this. I don’t see any point in “LYING”, manipulating or tampering with the truth since I successfully got my naval piercing at another store at Saint Martins Court later on (showed them my PASSPORT for evidence and everything went incredibly smoothly. Props up to Extreme Needle Store for their amazing and generous hospitality)



Minutes later, she’d walked up to me while I was sitting on the sofa and claimed that I’d been “LYING” about her words and was trying to make her look ‘bad’ in front of her colleagues when I was simply reiterating what she said before. I had no intention to warp any facet of the truth presented and was simply a harmless, innocent 17 year old teenager minding her own affairs and looking to get her belly button pierced. Why would I lie about such things about people I know little or nothing about?



Her words and behaviour were completely and indubitably unacceptable, unprofessional and uncalled for. She also seemed very aggressive and was trying to shove the blame towards me.

However, I kept my cool and remained mum despite the disrespect I’d gotten from the incident and eventually got my piercing done at Extreme Needle and Tattoo parlour myself.

Misunderstandings like these can be resolved amicably and maturely but this member of staff had chosen to jump into terrible conclusions and accused me of “LYING” about her and making her appear ‘BAD’ when I was simply stunned and shocked by how poorly she’d handled the situation.



Even if it was truly a miscommunication, I would readily apologise on my part while she could’ve talked things out nicely with me without resorting to making up accusations and being rude and disrespectful.



However, all Glory to God and thanks to Extreme Needle and Tattoo piercing parlour at Leicester Square for making my day a little better after this disappointing and astonishing ordeal.
