Method Movement Description

METHOD combines world-class fitness experts with a modern, spacious studio for high-performance training and wellness. Our main studio can comfortably accommodate classes of 20 and is our primary workout space with a focus on light, space, and comfort. Our yoga garden provides a more intimate setting featuring a retractable roof and manicured garden. The personal training space is for our private 3-on-1 and 1-on-1 workouts.

Method Hot is our own take on hot yoga – infrared heat warms the body from the inside and trainers guide our members through dynamic yoga flows in our spacious main studio.

HIT Method is a uni-sex, high-intensity group training programme covering strength, cardio, and core classes. The programme’s emphasis on mobility, technique, and intensity is designed to deliver a well-rounded body by the end of the 12 week programme.

Bondi Method uses circuit training to sculpt the female physique into the ultimate bikini body. The high energy classes target key areas: glutes, legs, core, arms, and shoulders.

Paola’s BodyBarre is a dynamic, fun, and high energy /low impact workout drawing elements from both pilates and ballet barre disciplines. Featured by Women’s Health, Vogue, and Glamour, Paola’s BodyBarre focuses on working key stabilising muscles through movement.

Wellness programmes cover all aspects of a healthy, modern lifestyle including mindfulness delivered in a straight-forward manner and practical nutrition solutions supported by accessible and convenient food options.

Other classes include pilates, TRX, kick-boxing, and a range of yoga options spanning difficulty levels and approaches.

just completed 6 week programme and nailed it. Josh and his team were excellent support. The classes were exemplary and huge fun too particularly when the studio roof is off and open to sunshine. Josh created varied and easy to follow meals that have left me feeling healthy, sleeping well and carrying much less body fat! would totally recommend this program to everyone!

The six weeks challenge! Since going vegetarian I had gained weight as I did not know how to replace the protein I got from meat with healthy alternatives, resulting in me eating mostly carbs and fats. I was not fat in any way, but I knew that I was not healthy and if I didn’t change something I would keep gaining weight. I saw the Method Movement on Instagram and started following them, watching their classes, which looked interesting and it intrigued me.

I decided that I was going to try it out and signed up for the six weeks challenge! I instantly loved it! I have never been much for classes, because I don’t think they push me enough, but this was different! The trainers push you to your limit, while still making sure that you are not compromising form and Ofc making sure that you are still enjoying yourself! The range of classes are great, there is something for everyone! Method Movement feels like a small family, you get to know the people in your classes and the staff always recognise you and follow up on how you are doing.

I felt a difference in my body right away, originally I did not believe that I would be able to shed 5 kilos and 6% body fat in just six weeks, but I ended with shedding 6.5 kg and 11% body fat, without starving myself and eating really yummy food and large portions! Just being persistent with working out and prepping my meals every day.

I’ve seen more dramatic results in the last six weeks than I did in my one and a half years of spinning 4/5 times a week.

Signing up to the Method's 6 weeks challange was the BEST thing I've done for myself in the last 10+ years!



In the first 3 weeks I lost 6.2kg and over 3% body fat, by the end of the program I lost almost 10 kg and 6% body fat. I am still shocked by these results.

The Method team is super friendly and supporting, they know how to motivate you and pick you up from the floor on your bad days. From receptionists to the trainers and to your assigned personal coach they do their fair share and your only job is to show up and work as hard as you can.

Their signature Bondi Sculpt, Bondi Shred and Bondi Shape classes are not easy, especially at the beginning, but as your body gets stronger you will start enjoying them more and more.

They have a good variety of classes e.g.: their signature Bondi classes to HIIT, Boxing, Brazilian Method, Yoga, my personal favourite of TRX etc.

I received my customised meal plan with lots of tasty recepies, tailored to my fish and seafood allergy. During my 6 weeks challange I learnt how to diet without feeling hungry. This meal plan changed my relationship to food and eating and I still stick to this plan.



I cannot be grateful enough for the Method Team for this 6 weeks and I can only recommend them to anyone looking for a change and for kick starting their fitness journey.

My friend Sarah recently took part in the six week Transformation at Method Movement, and I’m sharing her thoughts on the experience. Here is Sarah in her own words: ‘I lost almost 9% body fat, and almost 7% of that was in just the first 3-4 weeks. As part of the transformation I had a meal plan which was tailored to her dietary preferences, such as no fish, and alternated between intermittent fasting and carb cycling, which was something I had not tried before. The recipes were easy to make and I quickly developed favorites. As for the classes, having unlimited access was great. I did a mix of HIIT, weightlifting, Brazilian bum and core, PRX, pilates, boxing, basically a ton of variety which keeps it interesting and meant I could always find a class to fit my needs. I also appreciated the measurements which were taken at the beginning, 3 week mark and 6 week mark, as you really get to track your progress beyond just the number on the scale. Measuring yourself, especially with calipers, is hard, and having a professional do so means you know it is pretty accurate. The instructors are all very friendly and the classes are challenging. The garden is pretty when the roof comes off during nice weather. And if you have an injury, like I did with my shoulder, instructors will modify exercises for you as needed. I would recommend this transformation programme; it gives you nutrition advice and classes all tailored to your fitness needs. I'm happy to have lost 9% body fat, and see it as the kickstart to the next phase of my fitness journey.’

Method movement has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my body! Being on a strict diet and working out more in 6 weeks than I’ve done cumulatively in my whole life was not something I was necessarily looking forward to but at Method you’re so supported and encouraged by the staff and trainers while being pushed to work out harder and better. Having been a smoker and never done any exercise (literally none) i found myself going 10-12 times a week, and not only that but also dreading when it would be coming to an end. Can’t speak highly enough about this gym and their whole structure.

Method has completely changed my attitude to exercise, eating, and how I structure my life around health and wellbeing. The classes are great, and all the instructors I've had have been friendly, motivating and really informed. The classes have great variation - I do a lot of the circuit training as well as Pilates and PRX in the open air garden - and they feel like having the attention of a one-on-one personal trainer, mixed with the fun environment of a group session. I saw some great results from the 6 week transformation programme, and have signed on to keep visiting! I'm hooked, and would highly recommend Method to everyone.

Just completed the 6x week challenge and absolutely loved it. Josh and his team gave us fantastic coaching and beasting throughout the process! Lost decent % bodyfat and felt far fitter by the end of the process, so I was certainly happy with the results. They have a great mix of classes and all high energy/ well thought out. Just completed the 6 week body transformation with my partner. We both the loved the experience and lost weight and body fat percentage by following Josh and the team's advice. I really enjoy going to this gym. The team are great and really take an interest in every person in the class to make sure your technique is correct and that you are pushing yourself. I completed the 6 week challenge and managed to lose 3.7kg and 8.59% body fat and I have already noticed a difference in my body shape.

I just finished my 6 week challenge in Method, and the experience has been great! Staffs and instructors are really supportive, and the classes are diverse. The studio itself is lovely, it is a great pleasure to do PRX and yoga in the garden when the weather is good. Method has been a great motivation for me. The thing I enjoy the most is the structure of the classes. They really know what they are doing! I lost 6.36% of the body fat and lost 2.2 kg. The result is amazing and I can see the difference. I would definitely recommend Method to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey.

I completed the 6 week challenge with my fiance and we both loved it. I lost 6% body fat which I was really happy with. Such a great little program which doesn't feel restrictive and you have a variety of classes to choose from. The out door yoga/PRX space is the best, to be able to exercise outdoors like that makes such a difference. The instructors are great...Ollie especially at Bondi and Monty taking you through Mobility to stretch out your muscles! Sarah the studio manager is alwasy v. welcoming..all round a friendly and fun place to go and work out. Def give it a go if you need a little fitness/nutrition wake up call!

I completed the 6 week challenge and am still amazed by the results! The program has left me with less body fat, more muscle mass and less belly. The first few days I came crawling out of class and had a hard time imagining that I could ever keep up with it. But the team was so encouraging and they made sure I stayed on track. Even though you work out in a group it feels like you get personal training as the instructors closely monitor your progress and push you to your own limits. And it's always fun too!

The results were great - not just from the fitness side of things: I noticed a rise in energy level, slept better at night and was more focussed at work. Overall it was a fantastic experience that I can recommend to everyone who's looking for a more active and healthy lifestyle. These guys know what they're doing and they will be with you every step of the way.
