The cab set off only when we chased them about 5 minutes after they were due to arrive. They arrived 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, there were no apologies, and instead of an infant child seat specified for an 18 month old, they gave us a booster child seat thus putting my child at risk. On top of that the driver had a whiff of body odour that made the whole experience unpleasant at best. No offer of a discount for appalling service.
