HIP HIP HORRAY | Osteopaths just the back, right? No....of course not! We treat EVERYTHING 🙌🏼 And one area I always treat (on every patient, with any problem) are the hips. Along with the pelvis, they connection the lower limb to the spine. The muscles around he hip control everything happening in the lower limb, so always carry a lot of tension! So all my runners, weight lifters, cyclists (or any sporty person!) needs some treatment on the hip. It’s a strong, stable joint, but it often gets misaligned, jammed, punched and tight.
