Hey guys this is my Facebook page. I'm going to use this to write about training and nutrition and to also post videos.

Mht Myles Hopper Training Description

My attitude towards training is simple; it takes hard work and dedication, but must be fun and enjoyable. I have been involved in sports from a very young age which led to me playing rugby across Europe and Australia. This love of sport encouraged me to learn the fundamental basics of fitness and strength training, in particular applying them to sport specific goals.
Extensive training, reading and evaluation has allowed me to make the mistakes so you don't have to. I specialise in helping people lose body fat and tone up to create the body they want. Each plan is tailored to your specific goals based around a personalised approach to make the programme suit you!
I have trained many different clients with many different goals ranging from professional athletes, models, businessmen, parents, children and people who just want to look and feel better.
It won't be easy but it will be effective. So if you want to get stronger, faster, bigger, leaner or fitter whilst enjoying yourself at the same time, get in touch.

I work directly in central London but also around the Surrey area
