What a journey we have been on. We looked around for a company that could assist us in our aim to emigrate to New Zealand so that we could join our family. We chose well. They have navigated us through the web of paperwork, changing law, medicals and so much more with helpful advise and most of all patience. Patience with the panic, anxiety etc that goes with this process. Thank you Borey and the team. Grateful thanks.

User

We've been in NZ for two years now and are really happy. I don't think we could ever have done it without the help from Migration Associate. Borey and his team where brilliant in helping us get here and sorted out any problems we had in a professional and friend manor. Just want to say a belated thanks.

User

We were very happy with the service we received from Migration Associates and especially delighted with the help and support we received from Borey Chum. He was always there to give us help and support whenever we needed and kept us in touch with NZ immigration. Everything went very smoothly for us and we gratefully appreciate all the knowledge and expertise that Borey gave us through the stages. We would certainly recommended them to anyone else we know who are embarking on a lifestyle change in New Zealand.

User

We first met Borey and his team at a down under expo in London.

We were very green to the whole process of visas and the processes that were needed, our son is a type one diabetic and this we thought may of been a issue.

Borey and Rachael worked tirelessly to make our dream of moving to New Zealand a reality.

I am a heavy diesel truck technician.I now work 8 to 5. We now live in our own beautiful house looking out into the mountains.

My only regret is not doing the move sooner, thanks Migration Associates you took the stress out of this life changing move.

Kind regards

Darryl, Angie and Harvey Mills

We arrived in NZ with no jobs. We soon secured job offers and them it was onto getting the 3yr work visas and student visas for our two boys. Thanks to Borey and his team we now have our visas

User

We approached Migration Associates last year to assist us with our plans to emigrate to New Zealand. What mattered to us was:

1. Were we eligible to apply for a visa?

2. What would the costs be and was it value for money to appoint an Immigration Adviser as opposed to doing the application ourselves?

3. Would we get a personal service that was responsive to queries, prompt and efficient in dealing with paperwork and upfront and transparent about what was required for a successful application?

I can confidently say that on every count Migration Associates exceeded expectations. They were reassuringly direct about our chances, made it clear what was required in terms of both the process and documentary evidence required. My wife is already in New Zealand and I will be joining her next week. This is down to the service provided by Borey and the team.

I wholeheartedly recommend them.

User

Very very good service from Borey, Rachael, Josh and Nick. We have immigrated many years ago from South Africa to the UK and knew by experience that those who think they don't need lawyers for immigration usually don't make it. Those who immigrate successfully usually do it with the help of experienced consultants. We have looked at 4 different companies and MIGRATION ASSOCIATES definately came out on top. For starters they had a very good seminar in Manchester that explained things well and gave a lot of helpful tips and guidence. Borey also adviced me after looking at my prospects to increase my experience and get a higher level qualification. After we did that and got the ball rolling we were in the hands of Rachael, Josh and Nick(UK office) who was always friendly and helpfull to us and had to answer all our milion questions. They are now like family friends. Moving country is a huge step in your family's life and it is very assuring to have someone on your side that has landed thousands of poeple successfully in New Zealand. When I was in New Zealand job hunting I was on the phone with Michael(NZ office) for a long long time and he also treated me very friendly and helpful. Borey all I can say is that you guys are a 5 star team! I can not recommend them highly enough. Johan Boettcher

The team at Migration Associates have been fantastic in enabling us to return to NZ. We contacted them in September and through their connections my husband secured a job and flew to Auckland end of December. Our permanent residency has come through and my 2 horses, 3 dogs and me are on our way to join him. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who wishes to move to NZ to work with Borey, Rachel & Josh to help you make it happen - their expertise and support will help you through the process step by step and I really couldn't have done it without them

User

MA has been a great help in our immigration process. Very flexible and think with their customers! Moving to NZ shortly and if all goes well we'll be in touch for our next step ... permanent residency!

User

It felt like such a long journey to get the outcome we were hoping for, we felt that we was never going to get to the end of our process, but we finally made it. We want to say a big thank you to Rachael and the team for helping us get there in the end. Helping us with all our paper work, us asking lots of questions and us being slightly impatient to say the least. No doubt your team in New Zealand will be hearing from us when choose to go for residency. Thanks for all the hard work Jess and Dave.

User

I like to thanks Migration Associates. And specialy want to thank Christine Yap for helping me for process my visa. It is a pleasure to work with her.Thank you Christine.

User

I have used migration associates for my work visa for new Zealand and I cannot stress how much they helped me. From the very beginning to end they take control, sort all the things that will leave you confused & stressed trying to do it on your own, they are in constant contact with you keeping you updated with everything, you send the info they require & they do the rest! Not only that they know you by your name, not just "someone" and you don't need to remind them your situation, they are so friendly & reassuring.I've not come across an organisation as professional and helpful. My advice is 1000% use migration associates, I truthfully could not have done it without them. 10 stars out of 5!

User

User

Attended the This is New Zealand seminar in Birmingham 15th November and found it to be very informative. Had attended the Down Under live show the month before which although informative it was quite busy and a rush to try and see everyone needed. This seminar is much more relaxed with more time to speak to everyone also had people there who were about to start their new life in New Zealand and shared their journey so far. Can highly recommend anyone thinking of emigrating to New Zealand to attend a This is New Zealand seminar.

User

A big thankyou to Michael Cooke, Borey Chum and the rest of the team it's a big weight off your mind if you have such a excellent and professional company to help with immigration so now I can relax with my residency in New Zealand,i would highly recommend to anyone who has this kind of move on their mind.

User

A big shout out to Borey and the team for assisting us during the last 3 months with our Visa and now our PR applications for New Zealand. We have now been here for a week and we are so thankful for this company making this dream a reality and all this in such a short time. For anyone out there still deciding about Migration Associates, take my word for it, they are amazing, quick to respond to messages and emails, affordable and extremely professional. I recommend them to all those people still comparing the services of all those companies out there. Once again, THANK YOU!!

User

Even with the assistance of Migration Associates, obtaining a visa seems complicated and is stressful. There is a lot riding on it. But they provide a one stop shop and steer you through the process. Most importantly they know what the authorities are looking for and their help in putting evidence together and reviewing personal statements was invaluable. As a result my application went through without a hitch. There partners for shipping and financial affairs etc have also proved very useful. Many thanks to Rachael and Borey.

User

Done an excellent service for me , quickly and professionally, was kept updated through the whole process , thank you guys

User

After initially being quite impressed with migration associates I was left feeling quite unimpressed after being told that one of my trade qualifications would not be accepted by NZ immigration and after securing my own 1 year contract with another agency being told this also would not be accepted. After applying myself for a residence visa both were accepted by NZ immigration. I initially paid £750 deposit for a service that I feel wasn't supplied so unfortunately I would not recommend your company based on my own experience.

User

The worst experience ever! My husband and I dealt with them in July 2017 for couple of weeks and had absolutely the same experience as described by Flasker. You have all these nice looking emails where they claim to care and even make a trip to visit you and talk you through the process. They also have a contact to NZ recruitment agency so everything looks fine.

Well, we were in the UK when I received a call from Borey, the director. He called me from NZ in the evening and got me in the train for initial chat. He got very soon impatient so we rescheduled our call to next week. Next week we had a Skype call - first of all, Borey refused to do video chat because "in this stage we do only call". He asked 2-3 questions about why we want to go to NZ but then very quickly he started to talk about contract and money. I told him that I haven't read it in details because "in this stage" I'd like to get an understanding what we are heading into. The reply? "Denisa! This is not the same as selling the house! You want to move across the world so you have to take it seriously!!!"

Hmm, not a way you talk to adult person but I left it. The next 10 minutes were absolutely dreadful - any question I had he replied with "Denisa, listen to me!..." but no matter what he was saying we were not clearer about different type of visas, the health insurance impact or anything else apart of "YOU MUST PAY THE FIRST HALF OF CONTRACTED AMOUNT NOW". What for? I do not know and listened very carefully.

I think the last drop was when I asked for health insurance and told him that I do not want to move across the world and have incorrect visa, got injured and have a problem then. I couldn't believe when he said "DENISA! This is not a rocket science! Can you stop to be difficult! It is easy! You pay us first half of money, then you find yourself a job and we'll sort your visa!" Unbelievable!

The next day I wrote them an email to Guildford office, still trying to find a way how to cooperate. Asking, by the way, why we are dealing with Borey who is in NZ while the rest of the team is literally few miles from our house. No reply until today...2 years later.

We found another Immigration Advisor and moved to New Zealand last year - we did not pay as much as Migration Associates asked and we received excellent service and still working with this lady as we are now progressing towards our residency.

And why I am writing the review now? Well, did not want to think about that painful experience ever again but I just received their email about data protection and how they care. They don't. Just want to let you know.
