took the grandkids for a last minute get away can't wait to go back it was clean and beautiful staff was very friendly and it's not far from the Lincolnshire wildlife park which was a really good day out worth going x

just got home from 1 of the cottages today i have not long finished treatment for incurable cancer and this was perfect for relaxing laurel cottage was spotless and very cosy the little touches of the fresh eggs tea coffee sugar and milk was a lovely little surprise we certainly made the most of the sauna and hot tub really enjoyed our stay thank you for a lovely mid week break and hopefully see you soon depending on my health cheers every one xx

We stayed in one of the beautiful little lakeside lodges, Oak Lodge for 4 nights. It was lovely, well equipped with Tea, Coffee, milk, biscuits and even a couple of eggs which was a nice little touch. We took our dog with us, it was perfect for her, gated and fenced in. My partner enjoyed being able to fish off our own little peg, while not being too far away from me to supply Coffee and Bacon Sandwiches! The Hot Tub was fabulous, used it every day, with a glass or 2 of Fizz, it was perfect � We had a slight issue with our Shower, but was sorted out and fixed straight away. Will be returning for sure �Thank you for making our stay so perfect �

We had a fantastic last minute midweek break last week. We stayed in Elm lodge which on arrival we was able to get in earlier which we was very grateful for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The little lodge was spotless and very cosy. Nice touch to find that we had been supplied with tea, coffee, sugar, cookies, milk and eggs.

Even though it was bitterly cold outside (very warm inside) my Husband enjoyed fishing from his own private fishing platform.

The hot tub was lovely. We used it every evening. A most enjoyable, totally relaxing break. Highly recommended. We have our fingers crossed for a cancellation New Year’s Eve weekend but are also booking again for August 2018.

Staying here right now in the beaming sunshine. Place is just perfect. So quiet other than the occasional splash from the fish jumping around in the water. Will defo be back here ��

Myself & my partner stayed over the weekend just gone in Oak Lodge, what an amazing place chilled and relaxed all weekend, would 100% go back & recommend, my partner fished most of weekend weather was great, didn't venture away from the lodge as there was no need.

Mill Farm excellent holiday venue for peace and quiet ,stayed in Hawthorn Monday -Friday and can honestly say the accommodation was excellent everything you need for a relaxing stay hot tub ,sauna and the fishing was also very good , would love to come back some time soon , and mitch was helpful great guy

Just returned from a long weekend here in Willow Lodge. Beautiful place, friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place as a whole was immaculate!



Would certainly recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

Just got home having been in a lakeside lodge, Elder Lodge so relaxed enjoyed every second loads of carp hot tub slept very well would get in the car and go straight back if i could brilliant week x

Just got home from a weekend break in Beach Lodge! It was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, the attention to detail was lovely and the fresh eggs were a real treat. A truly peaceful place where we were shown what we needed to know and left to it. Will be returning! 5* no question! Hot tub was lovely as was pretty cold at night but relaxing under the stars was perfect. Very very happy and will recommend to others! Thanks x

Just got home from a mon/Friday break, stayed in the beautiful Hawthorne cottage.. all I can say is Wow.. what a beautiful place this is, really quiet and relaxing, lovely surroundings.. beautifully designed. Sauna/hot tub amazing �� fishing lake ��, my little dog didn’t want to leave.. thank you very much for a beautiful stay �� will be returning in the nearby future x

Just got home after a fantastic holiday at Sycamore Cottage. , The cottage was very clean with every thing you could need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub is amazing. We will be back

Just got home I can honestly say everything was perfect Laurel lodge was beautiful spotlessly clean as was the hot tub and sauna

The staff were great friendly nothing was to much trouble

Fresh milk and eggs from their farm

Just arrived back from a week break in sycamore cottage.. second time we’ve stayed here and will hopefully return again next year. The cottage is beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing break from everyday life. Onsite takeaway was lovely too..

Had a relaxing weekend in elder lodge. Was just what we wanted, the lodge was cozy and inviting and had everything we needed. The hot tube was lovely, we felt like the only people there it was so peaceful. Definitely will be booking again

Got home yesterday after a fantastic weekend stay in beach lodge we both enjoyed the fishing from the private swim catching some of the best conditioned carp and Rudd I’ve ever seen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge was just perfectly cleaned and tidy.

We can’t wait to return to mill farm.

Excellent break in Hawthorn Cottage. Cannot fault this place at all. We got engaged on the weekend we were there and the staff couldn’t help us enough! The hot tub and sauna are amazing as is the standard of accommodation. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

Absolute love the whole experience, log cabin, hot tub and the fishing. We also found plenty to do and place to eat in the nearest town about 20mins away. ��

A perfect place. 4 nights in cedar lodge, a “wooden pod” fully equipped to meet everyone’s needs, high spec finish, wonderfully welcoming, cosy, warm, quiet & peaceful.



A private decking area for breakfast looking over the fishing pond, embracing the tranquillity of the remoteness.



Excellent fishing opportunities if this is your relaxation with a private jetty per pod.



A private outdoor hot tub for afternoon bubbles & evenings watching the sun set & clear skies providing full star gazing the silence only disturbed by the odd fish surfacing.



This really is a fantastic project meeting the needs of those who want to escape life���
