FYI the club will be open this Saturday from 11 and we shall be showing all games prior to the Saracens vs Glasgow Warriors. All are welcome always a great atmosphere on game days ūüćļūüćļ

Mixed ability rugby is for anyone 16+ with various physical/mental disabilities and learning difficulties. The sessions are FREE to try to get people more active, improve social skills and confidence. Share the word and let people know about their local #projectrugby team. ūüŹČ

We never ever lost

Turned up 2 seasons ago and was made to feel immediately welcome and part of the team. Good bunch on tour as well :). If in doubt come and try it out. You won't regret it.

My first of 268 games for Mill was on the 28th March 1998 for their 3s against Old Streetonians after their manager Kim suggested I move across from Hendon. Despite being 57 at the time I‚Äôve been lucky enough to get regular game time ever since with only short breaks for body mending. They‚Äôre a generous and thoughtful bunch and never deservedly referred to me as ‚ÄėOld Git‚Äô or ‚ÄėMr Penalty‚Äô within my hearing. So many fond memories and hope for more yet.

It's been 8 years since moving too far away to continue playing for MHRFC. I'm yet to find another team as welcoming and great to play for.

15 seasons with this motly mob. Turned up out the blue one day, and they regretted it ever since. The perfect balance of the rugby and social side.
