fantastic evening of entertainment at Dirty Dancing in an extremely comfortable environment, good bar's and restaurant. Hope more top rate shows like this come to Londonderry

User

attended the show in the millenium forum tonight. the children loved it however the meet and greet was chaotic. the main star of the show was leading one of the dinosaurs quite quickly through the crowds denying the younger children the opportunity to "greet"

. when asked by another adult would she slow down she announced that "you would think the people of derry hadn't seen a dinosaur before", quite abruptly. this was an awful comment to make in front of the children who were very excited obviously. evidently they hadnt seen a dinosaur before. in fact neither have i bearing in mind they are extinct. this attitude totally angered me and quite a few others.

however upon reporting this despicable behaviour to the staff of the millenium they were as apologetic and courteous as always and were just as shocked as us.. thanks to the millenium staff who took our complaint on board.

User

Wonderland the musical is a much see!! I loved the character Mad Hatter and the Queen of hearts!! You'll forget about the outside world for a few hours and walk out with a smile on your face.

The meal was absolutely fabulous in every respect and the staff in the restaurant where very professional and courteous.

The ballet was amazing I have to say it was an all round fantastic night thank you xx

User

Was here last night to watch Joseph with my son who has special needs. We both absolutely love musicals & I was a bit worried of how the night would run. I'm glad to say it went ever so smoothly, the usher helping us was just amazing, the security man at the entrance of door C was fantastic, very accommodating of our needs. The only thing I will fault it on is the lifts. We stood well over 40 minutes after the show was out to get into the lift. I couldn't manage the stairs with my sons chair so we left a but early to get the lift but it was packed. Suppose it's luck of the draw in that sense. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The food was nice and the toilets are clean. It was a fantastic show we both just loved it. Can't wait to come back for the sensory screening of We're going on a Bear Hunt.

User

User

The Millennium Forum is a great venue with very helpful staff. I have been to a variety of shows and my children attend the summer youth shows and the Derry feis events. It was a real plus that a big act like The Script held a concert this week and it was brilliantly managed. Hope we get lots more interest from other music acts now for the Millennium and the City. Would recommend it to anyone.

User

Thank you John (front of house) for going above and beyond ur duties to make r visit To millennium forum one to remember. A credit to the theatre, a true professional who clearly loves his job and assisting visitors ensuring their experience is an enjoyable one.

User

Superb! Really atmospheric gig. Couldn't fault the venue. However there were a number of audience members chatting very loudly during the show. I found this so rude and disrespectful to others in the audience, but particularly to the artists. Staff were really great. Good to see the Millennium Forum bringing some magic to our doorstep.

User

User

Mum & dad were fortunate in getting cancellation tickets for Charlie Pride last night so unfortunately couldn't choose their seats. Mum has disability issues & needs somewhere with easy access. The seats they got were for a box & it became apparent mum wasn't going to be able to access all the steps to get to their seats! Following a chat with the steward on duty he went & got his boss who very kindly sorted the whole situation out & found an easier way to get to their seats! They didn't get his name but I would just like to thank this second guy who made it possible for mum to enjoy the show!

User

It's my home city theatre and I love it. BUT I was at a play last week and almost left at the interval it was so cold. As soon a curtain up you could feel the cold coming in. But as a theatre it's fantastic both as a patron and as an actor working there. Staff are fantastic!

User

I had a wonderful night's entertainment at the Millennium Forum Theatre, watching and listening to the wonderful Imelda May and supporting Singer Rebecca Harkin.

An amazing way to celebrate May Day....It certainly was Imelda May's night at this ideal venue.

User

First class venue, look forward to going back, helpful staff and very central too.

User

Beautiful threatre, designed in the old way, with a very modern take. Very impressed with the facilities and welcome by the lovely staff. Really want to come back!

User

As a regular visitor to the millennium forum I have never been disappointed. The staff are always professional and helpful, once we couldn't see from one the boxs so they found us alternative seats.the encore was great with a jazz supper and so on. This Sunday we noticed its under new management and the staff were not informed of promotions on Facebook. The food and cocktails were lovely so we were happy enough.

User

Absolutely loved the place today. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The food in their restaurant was amazing! Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend others to visit as well x

User

Went on Tues night to see The Script & JP Cooper. Smaller than the Waterfront in Belfast but similar. Plenty of staff on & liked there was no issue bringing in the drink from foyer. V few toilets in the place & had to queue for a single one. Parked down at Ulsterbus car pk due to where the Forum is situated. Handy enough & free after 6.30pm. A v enjoyable evening til we tried to leave the city where every road out was flooded. Hauled up in the leisure centre all night til the sun came up & roads were passable. Once in a lifetime experience

User

I had a beautiful meal the staff was very attentive and was really pleased with the cheff he accomadated me with what i wanted which was'nt on the menu so was quite pleased and thank you. User

Went to see the amazing Imelda May , brilliant concert and great to be so close to the stage, staff courteous and helpful, will be going back again

User

Went to see magic of motown were people were told to sit down and not to put there hands in the air. And I was looking at a text on my phone and that silly woman telling me im not aloud to record the show I was like am I recording the bloody floor.. and shinning her stupid torch in ppls face .. didn't pay £27 to be told off like I was a school kid.

User

We had front row seats in the circle but the leg room wasnt very good so quite uncomfortable and a vending machine would be a good idea as the queues at the interval were very long

User

The front of house man was a gent he couldn't have been nicer& very helpful unfortunately the usher wasent as nice arrogant not the word. He was asked to help me as I had two ladies with special needs with me but didn't botherthey wanted a photo of Nathan but the usher said no photos that's fine if that's the policy but why then was there a woman in row d which he saw not only taking loads of pictures but was also taping the show. I would also like to add the lady who sold the tickets over the phone was lovely and on collection the lady who gave me the tickets was lovely shame such a horrible person as an usher

User

Concert was ace but seating on floor is dreadful for people goin in and out to toilet. My friend and i received dirty looks from people in our row everytime we got up as 8 people had to get outa their seat to let us past. They also need more ladies toilets on the ground floor.

User

The show was good but the millenium forum suffers from the same issues it always does. Uncomfortable, tightly packed seats. It is difficult to enter and exit the theatre at the end of the show and during the break. There are too few toilets and these are heavily crowded at breaks. The decor outside the theatre is good with ease of mobility and interesting imagery.

User

I once give it 5 stars but after the way I was treated last night they don’t deserve it. Can’t blame all staff but can blame two in particular. The venue it self is top notch but ur staff need retrained on how to speak to customers.

User

been trying to book 2 of the last 3 seats in the upper circle for the Friday night in February when the Lord of the Dance show is on!! Impossible!!!!! there are 3 seats together and a few single seats in the auditorium available on the online system. However, when I try to book 2 together it refuses to do so telling me I can't leave a single seat?? Why?? there are already 3 other single seats in the auditorium - so surely someone else has managed to leave these. Tried phoning yesterday evening - phone ringing out. Tried again today - all operators are busy and eventually I was cut off!! Don't think I even want to try again now which is disappointing as I have attended different shows in the Forum in the past. Will check if any of the other theatres have 2 seats together and book those. So instead of having 4 single seats empty during the performance you now have 6 seats empty

Thank you John (front of house) for going above and beyond ur duties to make r visit To millennium forum one to remember. A credit to the theatre, a true professional who clearly loves his job and assisting visitors ensuring their experience is an enjoyable one.

My sister Sandra and I went to the millennium on Wednesday evening to see country and western it was lovely to see big Tom and Daniel o Donnell and Susan Mc cann and got well look after with the staff first class

User

My husband I went to see our first ever ballet last night. The Royal Moscow ballet performing Sleeping Beauty.

The show was brilliant and entertaining.

We are definitely returning again soon

Staff at the Millennium were friendly and helpful

My friend & I attended OPRY Dhoire last night & we had a fantastic time ! The show was funny at times & all the Artistes were fantastic . Daniel O'Donnell was the compère & he did an amazing job ! All the staff in the Forum & the Bar Staff were all really friendly ! Great place to go to !!

It's my home city theatre and I love it. BUT I was at a play last week and almost left at the interval it was so cold. As soon a curtain up you could feel the cold coming in. But as a theatre it's fantastic both as a patron and as an actor working there. Staff are fantastic!

I had a wonderful night's entertainment at the Millennium Forum Theatre, watching and listening to the wonderful Imelda May and supporting Singer Rebecca Harkin.

An amazing way to celebrate May Day....It certainly was Imelda May's night at this ideal venue.

User

Have been to so many shows, musicals, concerts & pantomimes here. Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful comfortable seating

User

Had a ball at the rod Stewart tribute night. Great night with great staff especially chris

User

Four of us came down from Holywood early in the day & had a few hours before the show when we got to the theatre for the matinee 'Joseph' the staff on the front desk were very helpful as was the gentleman who showed us to our theatre seats we all enjoyed the show & will be back another time!!!!

When I pointed to her he just dismissed me Then he had the cheek to stand saying goodbye to us I could have squealed at him as I had to get a complete stranger to help me even though when booking I had asked for assistance which i may add was promised to me very disappointed wouldn't be the word I would definitely think twice before returning unfortunately I didn't get the ushers name but it was Sunday night 21st may Nathan Carter concert we were upper circle door E f9 3 seats!!!

User

As a disabled person my biggest problem is lack of parking, I travel alone so cannot be dropped off at venue, I have to get to venue at least 2 hours before a show so I am able to park near by, My main gripe is the attitude of staff if people take photos, I do not use flash and use my photos to help publicise artistes taking part in concerts, One example....Daniel ODonnell announced last night there was to be NO FLASH photography, fair enough, I can see that would spoil people's enjoyment, The staff are like rottweillers, they cant even be civil, they have a very unpleasant manner, Each time I vow I wont return

User

been trying to book 2 of the last 3 seats in the upper circle for the Friday night in February when the Lord of the Dance show is on!!
