Excellent hotel, with very nice and kind staff. Hanna at the check-in was very gentle and even gave us an upgrade, when my daughter asked for a room with a view.

Our room is huge, with a fantastic bed, and everything we need for our stay.

Linen, towels, it is all first class.

Toiletries are replaced everyday, wich in other hotels do not happen frequently.

This floor is very quiet and we've slept like babies.

This is the reason why I keep coming back to the Millennium.

Excelente atención por parte de todo el equipo del hotel, muy atentos e la habitación muy limpia, el personal de check in se preocupaban en todo el momento por se estabas a gusto o se tenias dudas... Muy bueno

We stayed here to see Kylie at the Royal Albert Hall. Check in was okay. Receptionist was very polite and attentive. Bedroom was very clean but didn't have an ironing board and the bathroom could do refurb!!! Would happily go back!

The Staff at hotel are first class, yes some areas need updating, but this does not detract too much from experience. One thing, please check Housekeeping are strict on signing off rooms after cleaning, as I have entered a room on arrival and check in allocating room, only to discover some selfish person has smoked in there and it stinks. This is challenging for hotel, Housekeeping should pick it up and treat smell. Above all I hope said smoking guest is hit with a credit card charge for cleaning, without fail. Room 639, do check window catch as kept blowing open.

Arrived at 9.30pm To check in. Told room not ready and couldn’t tell me when it would be ready!! Not happy.
