Very friendly staff, the cocktails in the bar are to die for, it's clean and cosy. The rooms are small; just enough room for a bed, but it was a very nice bed! I slept like a baby! Very clean and lovely bathroom. To us this is all we need. Will definately be comming back!!

The room looks scarily small when you walk in as we used to big ass hotel rooms with pointless space; however they use the space perfectly and you come to realise that it's not how big a room is, it's a what's in the room that makes it a great hotel. Amazing location, awesome bar (although £30 for 2 Gin and tonics is excessive) and we found the staff super friendly / couldn't do enough for us. Well done Mimi's xx

The location is amazing! You can walk everywhere. The decor and products were good and it all felt v clean with quality linens and towels. We stayed in two downstairs rooms without windows - v quiet but I felt a little claustrophobic until I switched on the air conditioning in the middle of the night. Wish it had been shown to me or left on as it made a huge difference- I recommend you put it in straightaway to freshen the room continuously and prevent that ‚Äúcupboard feeling‚ÄĚ! Otherwise perfect. Thank you :)

Stayed here for business and really enjoyed the atmosphere of this well managed cosy hotel in such a prime location. The staff was very professional and friendly. You can easily walk to all the best locations from this hotel and the tube is only 5 min away on foot, very convenient for the price. It's also worth mentioning the hotel is on the same street as world famous Jazz club Ronnie Scott's. A short walk and you can listen to the best Jazz in town.

Small rooms but beautifully finished, and shows excellently how to utilize every inch of space. Love this hotel and the fact that it’s next door to Ronnie Scott’s is an added bonus. I’ll be back!

Myself & my husband stayed from 23rd -25th October, although the rooms are Bijou they are perfect for what was needed, comfy beds, hot powerful rainfall showers, Tv, drink facilities & luxurious products. We asked for extra pillows on our way out, came back a few hours later to extra pillows. The staff were friendly & helpful, the bar tender was accommodating & the location is right in the heart of everything. Thank You, we shall most definitely be returning at a later date

I had the pleasure of staying at Mimi's hotel several times in the last year.

It is very centrally located, nice and cosy and staff and management are outstanding, always trying to accomodate me. The rooms are very cozy but well designed and the shower is heavenly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on a trip to London.

First visit and thoroughly enjoyed with my wife, we had a beautiful Lux room which was great value with beautiful decor and luxury bed. The bathroom had a stunning walk in shower/wet room with Molton Brown products. Totally soundproofed in the heart of Soho with lots of quirky designed extras. Could not fault with friendly and very cheerful people throughout often a rarity in central London. Close to the best bars and cafes and within short walks to the majority of West End attractions and theatres would happily recommend to anyone.

Beautiful little hotel! Rooms are small as stated on their website but the use of space is fantastic! We stayed in the new suites just around the corner from the main hotel in room 801, the bed was amazing as was the shower! Lovely bedding and products. 2 TVs 1 remote in the same room posed a slight problem when turning 1 off the other came several times much to my amusement when my husband was attempting to turn it off! Will definitely return!

A great hotel, I originally thought the price was a little high for a little hotel in soho London until I arrived from the moment I arrived walking through the doors on frith street you enter this dimly lit bar with its 1940 feel it's truly like stepping back in time the staff are dressed to impress and every single one of them extremely friendly and they all looked like they wanted to be there and were enjoying there shift. Now it's time to check in the gentleman on the desk very friendly very relaxed I didn't catch his name but he is around 5ft7 maybe Brazilian (night teeth and a cheeky smile) a big thank you to him he himself very professional and able to make a joke and take them, then going into the suite I booked you turn the corner to a beautiful gold mirrored lift the suite (310) if you can ask for suite 310 this room was truly amazing I have some pictures and video on my Instagram account (raphael_hilton01) I review a lot go check them, the suite is designed well and I could have stayed in there for weeks, it's a 10/10 all the way! And check out was just as fun even though I live in London I will stay here again, if you are travelling to London this is the hotel for you before you for your night out in London you can head to there bar!

We’ve stayed twice now. Opted for one of the doubles in the basement this time but it’s far too small for 2 people for the weekend.

Reception was amazing! We knew the rooms were small so that was not a surprise for us. Our carry ons fit well under the beds. The beds could use two more pillows and the rooms could use better lighting but those are my only "complaints". The showers are AMAZING. I could drown in them and die happy ūüėä. Didn't have a chance for breakfast but it is included. USB charging ports in rooms. Our room was so dark it was really peaceful. Overall I loved it, location was great! Everything was great! Plan on staying again on our way back!

Didn't stay .. only went in for a drink. ¬£47 for 2 G&T's and an amaretto & Coke ! Ordered at the bar and was sitting next to the bar and was charged ¬£5.60 service charge !!! We all expect to pay more in these lovely little places in London but the two stars is for the bloody cheek of a service charge which I'm kicking myself for paying now as we didn't notice until afterwards! Better places to go if your spending those kind of pennies ūüĎćūüŹĽ

The bar itself is beautiful and great for a couple. The staff are quick to welcome you in (if not a little pretentious), but once sat at a table the service completely disappears. Less posing, shuffling of newspapers, giggling amongst each other and perhaps more eye contact with customers wouldn’t go a miss. I waited over 10 minutes and still no order taken in bar which only had 15 customers all settled with drinks already. Four times I looked up to grab attention of the waiters and each time their eyeballs scanned everywhere else apart from those sat there thirsty. We put our jackets back on and walked across the street to a bar that is busier but also strive in delivering service and good quality wine. Service you would expect when you are paying the money. I wouldn’t go back. And I’d neither recommend it.

People at front desk were rude and uncaring of someone arriving after a long flight. No sign at all out front to know this was even a hotel. Pictures shown on website were completely different from actual building. We booked a suite and the room was so small there was no space to walk around the bed!!! Bed up agains the wall and barely any room left for luggage and to walk around to get dressed. People at front desk were not apologetic at all about not having a Hotel sign out front which caused us to look around for about 20 minutes before we actually found the building - extra costs with taxi who was also trying desperately to help us find the actual building!!!
