Acupuncture is a safe, effective and holistic treatment for a wide range of conditions. It has been used all over the world to successfully treat millions of people and is now well recognized for its far reaching health benefits.

I am a long standing member of the British Acupuncture Council and have been practicing acupuncture for nearly 20 years. I trained in the UK and China and taught acupuncture for over seven years.


I work holistically - always looking for the the underlying causes of the presenting symptom. My interest is not just the alleviation of the symptom that the patient first presents with, but also an improvement in their overall well being, vitality and self knowledge.

I am particularly interested in the use of acupuncture to facilitate transition through life's major gateways. Times of great challenge such as infertility and recovery from a major illness or debilitating disease such as clinical depression, can be seized as opportunities to create change and forge a new path in life.

Equally, puberty, pregnancy and the menopause are times when our body, mind and spirit are undergoing huge shifts. Acupuncture can be used to aid these transitions and ensure that we enter the next phase of life in a balanced and healthy way.
