With the cold weather upon us, it was finally time for our first raclette of the season. Simple, filling, and easy to do! We used a variety of our baby leaf greens and pea shoots to add freshness to the plate and bought our cheese from @monscheeseuk in East Dulwich - satisfied!

Great to be supporting @hiccelondon where @piplacey81 and Gordy are doing an amazing job with a concept based around wood-fire cooking, simply stated at the top of the menu as “best experiences are shared” - we obliged and took the salmon and tuna cold sharing plates, hicce hot sticks, and the lamb... topped off with a few signature hicce cocktails.
